I wasn't a big fan of the pauses when counting out and general pauses, whether it be for a potential comedic effect or suspense building which I didn't understand due to a language barrier. The bots were pretty cool with Spectre being my favourite out of the bots, followed by.... Zhuge.

Can we get some inside shots?
Based on the outside, you can do a lot to clean up this bot, the wheelguards for an example, bring them closer to the wheels and loose the carbon attachment stuff. You can also change both wheels to the same wheel, that'd look better. The weapon motors will need more protection. And maybe you can do something similar to death roll by changing the saws to discs which go threw the head, the front large typhoon teeth could be changed to Alu or Ti triangle plates to save some weight in which you can put into the weapon. looks great so far you've got a cool idea, now it's about cleaning it up. 1546

DSL TC Showcases / Re: Hoppin's Robots that are DSL« on: January 06, 2018, 03:23:17 PM »Put bigger rear wheels to be semi mobile atleast. (One day i would like to 1v1 our two doggos (even if there is 200+ kilos difference)) The back wheels are medium colsons whilst the front are small. So it's got plenty, of drive. Yea, it'd be fun to have a 1v1 of the two, you'd probs win due to your wedge. But I might make some changes to make mine better. 1548

IRL Beetleweights are very possible. Id certainly be interested. What components are allowed. Id recommend flat motors.

DSL TC Showcases / Re: Olister92's DSL showcase« on: January 05, 2018, 03:54:38 PM »After putting about 6 hours work into this I finally came up with Spinna Killa 2. 5 and a half hours went out into making the scoop not being too heavy that it was able to self right OK. This started out as a kind fun design to deflect spinners but turned into headache so this was the best I could do and I'm done with this design. After finishing this I went to the pub for a well deserved drink! Tita 3 i think, 797. KG or something I just don't care anymore Rather nice, love the scoop style you've gone with something I'd like to use myself at some point. Bit boxing but I think that's fine. I think if you can blend the poly a bit better it'd look rather nice. Keep it up man, doing great 1551

It's just a case of practicing and getting used to the parts, we've all had it. 1553

Thank you, Im humbled. There's a few glaring issues with it, mainly the poor wedge and once flipped it's pretty usless. I think with some tweaks I can make it competitive. If you're looking to create something like this I recommend using an extenderbot chassis which I can send your way if you'd like. It's a bit intimidating at first, but once you laern it it becomes pretty simple. Also it's rather funny as T-Minus, a MW, is bigger than this. 1554

You've answered one problem yourself. It's slow, on top of this, you'll need more batteries. For weight, Im guessing you are using all Steel armour, you can probs turn the sides down to Titanium if they aren't. 1556

DSL TC Showcases / Re: Olister92's DSL showcase« on: January 02, 2018, 04:13:50 PM »I appreciate all the advise I can get! and with it I've created a much better drum spinner. Even if it is basically a Minotaur clone Certainly nice, and much improved. But there are few more things you can do with it. 1. If you are going to make it a CW (Cruiserweight, 600kg) I would recommend adding some top and bottom armour and protect the flat motors, just use up the 15kg left, if you wanna go for the full 800kg HW, maybe make it 4WD, along with the other suggestions, giving the drum more surface area by making it wider. Greatly improved I must say, keep it up 1558
DSL TC Showcases / Re: Sausagebots!!!« on: January 02, 2018, 01:47:26 PM »
The arms colour isn't matching with the rest of the bot, though the use of the Claw isn't so bad.
STD... 1. Maybe rename it. 2. Lack of support on the arm. The others aren't too bad for a newbie. 1560
