Nice design. You should export that bot to the bot exchange?

Okay, so I guess those bots are fine...
Got bored and rebuilt MiniBerg. It's now a popup. 5 razors, Snapper 2 for weapon power, RAD drive, DSA. I built this bot on a different RA2 game I had. This has to be the most BORING rumble ever... my MiniBerg popup getting flipped around by my rebooted Scout bot, Lil' Dog destroyed, and Catfish inverted. MiniBerg hardly landed many hits on Scout. MiniBerg still won the rumble, but I really did not like how boring this fight was. 1243

Did you use the stacking technique where you rotated the chassis repeatedly and zoomed in and out, or did you use a different technique?
Anyway, that's very clever. 1244
Tournament Archives / Re: R.A.I.T. Stock Team Tournaments« on: November 06, 2018, 01:16:51 PM »First up- The first R.A.I.T. LW competition. All the rules in order to participate are listed below. > Your bot must be a Lightweight, and come ready to be AIed. In other words, You'll need to post the corresponding binding for your bot. I will be fighting these bots as AI. > Once your bot is built, post a screenshot of it in this topic, along with a zipped folder containing... - the LW bot - the binding - any notes about the bot such as performance and conditions the bot needs. I will post whether the bots are approved or not. > minimum of 16 competitors, maximum of 48 competitors. Please try to test your bot in the AI pack you have currently on your computer. The more bots I receive that work, the more time I have to fight them. Tournament will take place once 16 competitors are in or after a designated amount of time. All competitors' bots get a free pass into my next AI pack, and the winner will be in one of my teams in my next Redalert AI pack. 1245

Thanks!
You should also fight the PYS AI pack with your new bots. 1247

Hey, can you release the AI that you were fighting when you were rebuilding the Starcore bots? for instance- I'd like to fight "MagiKK" and "Wipeout."
Also, did you use the original stacking method to get motors to cross batteries? 1248

Have any of you tried a Son of Whyachi or a Minotaur? I see a lot of Whiplash concepts and Tombstone concepts.
Nice ULTIMO DESTRUCTO by the way... 1249

Try attaching spike strips to the flippers. Then, any opponent you flip is going to get an even bigger ouchy... sorry to post this late. 1250

more bots... They all have DSA.
a LW HS. Again, it looks like an existing bot so I wanted to change it up a bit. Name's Unquenchable 2. There's the original Unquenchable in my second Special Forces pack (not in downloads yet) Unquenchable 2 in the test garage... generic ax head rammer with a wedge. It's not AIed to use the wedge to flip, even though it has a control for it and even a smartzone (this screenshot has the bot without the smartzone attached.) HW popup.....and no it's not SpiTe 2. 1251

Well, then few of my SHW bots in the AI would be actual superheavyweights, and most of them are around 2200 and would be ultraheavyweights. Thanks.

That drum spinner's pretty clever. I would have never though of that.
Also, I have stacked a pink battery in a supervolt in that same fashion, but I never stacked a motor! 1254

Okay! there are 2 more Real Robotics packs out on downloads, both of which are fixed. The patch is ust the AI and their necessities and the rebooted AI pack is everything.
Notify me if you're still having problems... 1255
Stock Showcases / Re: Bubbleman's Stock bots« on: November 05, 2018, 08:10:32 AM »
I like your face spinners. You're really good.
I know the PYS, Starcore, and Lightning AI packs are really good. If you're looking for AI packs that are a mix of easy and difficult, try Real Robotics Rebooted or the Real Robotics patch. My upcoming AI pack is hardcore like the SC and PYS ai packs so you can also try that one out once it's completed. 1256
Stock Showcases / Re: Redalert's bots showcase« on: November 04, 2018, 02:44:48 PM »the shw is so satisfying dude Yeah, I'm excited to see it fight in the AI. Thanks for the complement! 1257
Stock Showcases / Re: Redalert's bots showcase« on: November 04, 2018, 02:41:14 PM »stock sz is 2kg That's why some of my HW bots are 801kg. and sometimes 802kg. 1258
Stock Showcases / Re: Redalert's bots showcase« on: November 04, 2018, 09:47:51 AM »BW HS with DSA and 4 pinks. Weighs 178.0 KG.The BW limit is 175, you're gonna have to shave 3kg off somewhere to get that in the limit. Maybe stack the batteries more efficiently and shrink the chassis down slightly? The chassis is as tight as possible, but I could remove a battery to decrease weight... I've seen a LOT of beetleweights in Starcore's and Lightning's AI packs that weigh 178 and even 179 kg. 1259

I like your Child's Play IV replica. Did you use the fracture nifty chassis?
Also, I don't use CF. I build within the limits. 1260

more AI bots...
A LW dual spinner. Surprisingly destructive. This trinity bot is pretty cool. It's also very damaging. AIed to just sit and spin but it can drive backwards by reversing 2 of the HP zteks. Generic HW crawler. If you look closely, you can see the pink I stacked in it. BW HS with DSA and 4 pinks. Weighs 178.0 KG. SHW popup. 32 razors on 14 snapper 2's, DSA, 6 HP ztek drive, 8 supervolts, and 16 spike strips. There's also a LW sns on this team, but a screenshot error prevented me from being able to show it. It has 3 irons and 3 razors on RADs, HP ztek drive, plastic armor. |
