Grudges:
My bot vs Doot's because he said at one point he thought my bot could beat his and I think he's mad (mad as in insane that he thinks my bot can beat his, not mad as in angry, I should add)
My bot vs Jamie's because it beat me before and I wanna see if Gulfstream can deal with it.

How good is one TWMR at spinning the bar, seems like it'd be kinda weak. Also, I challenge you to build a LW version of sabre
It's a bit weak yeah but not atrocious. Might try and shed some weight to get a TWMR2 in there because I think there might be room. As for a LW sabre I do plan on trying it if What Doesn't Kill you Makes You Stronger 2 does indeed end up being a thing. I imagine it's gonna be a ****ing nightmare though. Edit: There was indeed room for a TWMR2 in there. Switched to that by changing some of the plates to aluminium. Should be an improvement power wise, though battery life does worry me slightly now. Shouldn't be too much of an issue though

On a bit of a MW building kick after building that MW version of Sabre so here's another one. Figured it was about time for a revamp of Vimto since it's one of my only bots below CW level that actually ended up looking somewhat decent. Here's the new one. Improved armour over the previous version (This one is mostly Titanium), an entirely new weapon, wider wedges, and of course antennae because they are now mandatory on all my bots (I added one to Rapier after taking the screenshot, you'll see it in TGM's tourney ) 1 battlepack and 2 ants in terms of battery power. 2 locked TWMR drives powering the tracks, and 1 TWMR for the weapon. So I decided to make a MW version of Sabre (That thin blue/grey and black front hinge flipper) with the intention of entering them as a pairing into TGM's tourney. Got finished building the bot after a right faff getting the angles to work and getting it in the weight limit only to find out that wedgelets are banned in TGM's tourney so I can't enter Nonetheless, here's the bot. 1X storm front hinge burst for the weapon, 2X NPC regulars for drive and 1 battlepack and 1 ant for power (probably not enough). Titanium for the main wedge while the rest is all Alu. Wedge is sh** even with the wedgelets because they aren't even on the ground. Pics: Exterior: Interior: The Dynamic Duo: (This is your cue to host What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger 2 so I can actually get some use out of these, Kurt ) Edit: Turns out they ARE legal for TGM's tourney so I've entered them in there. Still waiting for WDKYMYS 2 though Kurt :P

Realised tonight that I'd never actually made a normal HS (All of the ones I've made to this point had angled blades or some other gimmick) so I decided to change that. This is Particulator. A HW overhead HS. 6 mag gearbox for the weapon, and 2 TWMR2 drives for drive. 1 black and 1 battlepack for power. Front and bottom armour is Ti, rest is alu. 792kg Pics: Exterior: Interior: (Also it's decked out in the Gulf Racing colourscheme because it's a cool as sh** scheme )

Keeping with my tradition of building a bunch of bots in a short space of time, here's another new one. Cruiserweight lifter/flipper bot. Reasonably happy with how this turned out, though I originally set out to build a rambot when I started building. Flipper is powered by 2 very small VDMAs and drive is dual NPC fasts. 2 blacks and 2 ants for power. Front is steel, sides and rear are Ti, bottom and top are Alu. 597.7 KG in total. Does the razor motor need special ai?
I have no idea. I'd assume so, and I have no clue what py it needs if it DOES need special AI. This was more just a 'for fun' thing because I wanted to use the motor and build a bot type I've not done before. Probably won't get entered into anything so I'm not too worried about AI for it.

A new one. Wanted to do something with the razer motor so I decided to make a clamp/crusher. Bot I ended up making doesn't have much in common with my original vision of what I was gonna build, other than the dantomkia-style split front wedges, but I think it turned out alright. Dual NPC drive, 1 razer motor with 80KG worth of counterweights for the weapon, and 2 black batts for power. Armour is a mix of steel and Ti. Pics: Exterior: Interior (Not pictured is a black batt that attaches to the back panel that was removed): EDIT: Oh, forgot to mention it's a bit underweight. 777.2KG

The other one looked a million times better, but okay.
I appreciate the honesty! What was it you liked about the first logo that is missing from the new one?
New one is just some text on a black background. The other one had some character to it. It actually looked like a logo rather than something kinda generic.

I quite like how vivid the colour scheme is and how well the disc represents the circle in the centre of the flag of Palau. Also a fan of how compact the insides are. Nice stuff.

lol so you havok restart a won match, then MANUALLY count down my bot for it to lose? I think that's the most ridiculous loss I've ever seen -_-
It did say in the rules on the signups that he was gonna be doing manual countdowns. Shouldn't really be a surprise and you should probably have raised it with him then if you've got an issue with it

Absolutely lovely. The way you made the panic attack skirt fit seamlessly with the design is awesome.
The idea for a honeycomb shaped spinner sounds awesome too. Hopefully you can get it to work at some point
That is not a Panic Attack skirt, he's used alternating black and gold wedgelets in order to do that front wedge, which makes it better imo.
Oh yeah. Damn that IS sick. Amazing how you manage to fit all this elaborate stuff into the weight limit

I vote Orc for team captain because 09 doesn't appreciate the majesty of tinned hot dogs

Makes me thing of some kind of stealth jet
Nice triangle.

very sexy
TY guys Here's yet another one. Axebot this time. Originally used the geared beta but was having a nightmarish time AIing it (shoutout to Gulden for all his help with it nonetheless) so I just switched to a regular beta in the end and BFEd it to swing 180 degrees. Front plow is all steel including the extenders while basically everything else is aluminium. 2 black batts for power and 2 TWMR2 drives for drive. 798.6 KG alltogether. Pics: Exterior: Interior:

That was closer than I would have preferred :P. Glad I got the wedge out early as I think that was the difference between winning and losing, though I almost got ****ed by the lack of OOTA elimination zones on this arena. The tombclone did more damage than I was expecting considering my bot is largely steel plates and the bar is only a DSL bar. Just fortunate I managed to get both bots out with relative ease.

Gulfstream: Br-Brother, why did you join the other side? Yea looks well armoured, basically Black Dog from ARC But not invertible
Gulfstream is technically invertible and is AIed as such, though the weapon hits the floor and and only the rear wheels touch the ground so the bot loses about 95% of its effectiveness
