My girlfriend knows I despise it. And doesn't mind. Whereas her friends have some kind of death plot for me because of it ¬¬

I think Twilight was the show that made Vampires uncool.

I mean, since when did Vampires magically become flying sparkle demons?

I've heard stories of Twilight fangirls (or 'Twitards', as some call them) beating up other girls who don't like Twilight.

Here's a directory of fangirl attacks:

Wow. Now that's obsession. Why would the Twitards be so obsessed with Sparkly Vampires who fly around making out with one another.

I mean for example, I like Cheese and Baked Bean toasties, but I'm not going around attacking people who don't like them.

EDIT: And also Nate, congrats on becoming a Super Heavyweight!

Twilight is the worst thing that has ever happened to the universe.
Too true.

In fact, I'll bet that if the Americans ever catch Bin Laden, they'd torture him by making him watch the film, and read the book. Twice.

In fact, I'll bet that if the Americans ever catch Bin Laden, they'd torture him by making him watch just 2 minutes of the film because that's more than enough to make somebody want to die.

Pretty much fixed.

I recently watched the first film with a buddy, mainly for the lulz and to see if we can endure it.
We barely could. It was worse than we ever expected (and we didn't expect anything good at all).
Self-hating buddy here. AND WHAT THE HECK, NO, I loved it. It was a good film. But probably that's just because I'm dumb enough to have laughed whenever we said "bitches" after whatever ominous statement the "characters" had to say. So yeah: bad enough to be a good film =p. New Moon on the other hand...

"Bitch" was more appropriate, since it was mostly the vampire saying bullsh** to that girl, provided they weren't just staring.
