Well, I have to agree with you on Phendrana. Not sure about the other ones. I thought the twilight realm music was really grating, but that's just me.

Has anyone here heard ? I think it's the first video game soundtrack in history to actually have a guitar solo too.

Anything that involves Frank Klepacki. No question about it. Red Alert 2 soundtrack as a whole is the best of his creations.

The soundtrack for Mechwarrior 2 is Phenominal. Also, there was an obscure game for SegaCD called "Stellar fire", it had a pretty awesome soundtrack as well.

Haha. Awesome. I love the music from that game. I once heard about a band that took music from that game and played it using traditional rock instruments (drums, bass, ele-guitar, etc) I forget the name of them though...
