GUYS.... HELP.... I just modified the X-Terminator 2 body mesh and now the game goes to the first splash screen, doesn't do anything, then the game crashes.... Anyone know how to fix this?

Definitely sounds like a problem- my DSL3 would do something similar whenever I tried to open Firestorm with it. Do you have a backup of the old file?

Restore the old X-Terminator mesh? Seriously, making backups is rudimentary when it comes to modifying RA2 due to the game's unpredictability.

That's not a problem with the replica. If I'm right there will be a temp.cfg in the RA2 folder. Just install all of the folders over a clean copy of RA2.

I was thinking of using that image as the top, but it looks too angled. Wham might make it work though.

Nah I find it too angled aswell :/ Hmm, unless anyone's able to come up with a close enough top design from scratch then I might be able to used that, otherwise might have to rethink the third USA robot :P
