How about another unique robot, like the Cassius 2 or X-Terminator you were making? Otherwise this mod'll just be Extreme Destruction on the Havok Engine, which isn't necessarily bad, but there are so many robots out there that deserve an appearance. Great work so far, though.

They've been remade already. HypnoDisc and Razer are pretty much using their DSL3 versions, and Pussycat and Chaos 2 have been generally improved, too. So yes, they're already there more or less.

Terrorhurz is a good shout. Could go into a 'Team Axe Attack' with X-Terminator and Dominator 2.

Cassius, Behemoth and Diotoir could be the 'Classics'; Chaos 2, Razer and Hypno-Disc as 'Legends'; 101, Suicidal Tendencies and Mortis as 'Tracks'; Panic Attack, Tornado and Typhoon as 'Champions'....
