Now from my point of view I actually like fighting in the Half Circle Arena so I think you should remove the lumazone instead.

The Half Circle is one of the most lag filled stock areas due to hazard content..

Not good for a mod based around online play
Oh this is based around online play I did not know but I still think it is one of best arenas in the standard game.

I've moved to other forums. Under a different name. This is where it all began.

I think this could be good. Especially with half of the arenas being completely useless.

For example:

Metal Skull: "I am a giant skull, now for the next 3 minutes, I'm going to stare at you!"
Compressor: Ramps get in the way, and if you get stuck in the whatever they're called, you're f***ed.
Half-Circle: Navigating is near impossible(for me anyway).
Flex-Top: Bot moves 1 inch = 8.8 earthquake
Lumazone: Sit in square with a 36HS and you win.
Hill arena: Same as above(if you can get there)
Bridge of Doom: A real bridge of doom would would have a 400 ft pit beneath it and if you fall, you'll die and your body will be violently raped by a penguin.

One of these needs to stay though.. otherwise it makes the KOTH game mode unusable

The Lumazone at least you dont spend most of the match trying to recover from falling off the ramps..

When I was making mine I dropped all the arena's except..

Combat Zone
Lumazone (for the purpose of KOTH ability)
Claw Top (for the purpose of Tabletop ability)

And added in all the Low Lag arena's

Link me to all these 'low-lag' arenas, if you please.

Also, @Click HOW BLOODY BIG DID YOU NEED TO MAKE THE SKINS FOR THE BBEANS ARENA!?

Actually, I've decided; I'm not going to remove or add any more arenas than I already have done. You see, it's a case of like-dislike here; The arenas I removed were ones that EVERYBODY disliked and the ones I added were ones EVERYBODY liked. All the others might not be the best of arenas, but they contribute to the RA2 experience.

In short, if you don't like it, remove it yourself.

Poll added on the first page anyway.

Oh, and BTW, we've reached the halfway mark; the game is now smaller than 100MB.

I stripped ra2 down to almost nothing back on my old desktop. A few more things you could do that I did (although i dont know if you wanna go this extreme with it) Delete the texture library folder and any file in the main folder that isn't necessary to run the game in the botlab and combat zone.

I would also keep the robot designs and screenshots folder in another folder on my destop to get ra2 as streamlined as possible.

I voted Lumazone and Bridge of Doom.

And with these space changes...you could probably get this to run on a 95 by the time we're finished  :P

It just when you asked me for help I abandoned mine to lift my work load since the community was going to get the project regardless.

Anyway, Important update; I'm planning to have this, which is the entire RA2 experience but on a smaller scale, and RA2 Core, where EVERYTHING that is not needed is removed. The only arenas are the Low Lag Arena, Lumazone and ClawTop (Or low lag varieties), and all texture would be removed.

add them in yourself then.. its not hard..

You cant seriously judge a whole mod based on one arena not present
