Title: How to uninstall system updates on Windows XP? (SOLVED)
Post by: Mr. AS on September 12, 2011, 05:44:03 PM
I heard that my problem with RA2 (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,8349.0.html (https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,8349.0.html)) was caused by a system update. How do I uninstall previously installed system updates?
I have Windows updater 3.1 and Windows XP.

EDIT: NC linked me to a tool that removed updates, now to just figure out why RA2's menu doesn't work)

Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs

Should be able to there.

Nope doesn't work. I'm trying to uninstall every update that Windows Updater has made. I'm running Service pack 2, by the way.

Tried that last time. It didn't work. I don't even have any system restore points since I reinstalled XP. ;_;
If I'm running RA2 off a expansion drive, do I have to format (erase) everything off of there?
