Do we have any fans of the "Worms" games, here?

If so, which was your favourite version, and what weapons did you like?

Do you mean the Banana Bomb? I like that weapon, too! Who'd have thought a piece of soft yellow fruit could be so dangerous?

I'd have to say my favourite Worms game is either Worms Armageddon or Worms 4: Mayhem, with my favourite weapons including...
- Dynamite
- Minigun
- Flamethrower
- Super Sheep
- Super Banana Bomb

I have Worms: Open Warfare. I like playing as 4 teams at once, just for the destruction! I also have a team named after GTM members!

I have Worms 4 Mayhem for PC, almost 100% completed, Worms 3D for PS2 jsut about 100% too and then there is also Worms Armageddon for PC, it barely works, usually crashes after games because my computer is too new for it.

Favourite weapons:
Shotgun, nice damage and since you can use it as a 2 shot sniper rifle, its pure win!
Bazooka, I just cant get enough of this one! It mostly always has infinite ammo and I have used it so much that I can basically snipe people with it *Insert my avatar here*
Holy Hand Grenade, who would love this one? Sure its sometimes hard to get in place, but if there happends to be a hole next to your opponent, then its see ya later!

Also for the game site YoYoGames, I downloaded some intresting Worms clone, name: Worms 1.7.1
It was max 2 players on same computer or up to 5 computer opponents but very much different than worms games. In one game mode you would control 1 worm and all are moving at the same time.
The worms are able to shoot while jumping.
The game also has different weapon sets and you can restrict them to specific ones only. All out Sword fight FTW.

I prefer Scorch3d. I'v ethought about getting Worms Total Warfare 2 for the DS but haven't yet.

I love 2D shooters. But I don't really play Worms. If I'm not hyper enough, I play Pocket Tanks. Otherwise, I play OpenLieroX. :D

Probably my second favorite game. I played WA and WWP for years (especially the latter with special modes).

The grenade pwns as well as the baseball bat and don't even get me started on the ninja rope...

LieroX is great game too, I play it sometimes but it doesn't work in jämsä! :shock:

I've got worms 2 for PC, Armageddon for PS1, and 3-d for PS2. Favorite being Two. Its the customization that I like.

The Prod is hilarious. I like using the homing-cluster bomb as a makeshift air strike.

Worms 1 was the only game that was able to get my friends and I to stop playing Scorched Earth. Cluster Bomb and Airstrike were the best.

I have Worms 3D and Fortress for PS2, but I still <3 the side view version better.

I play worms open warfare. in a multi player match my opponent said "Say your last words" And the worm called out....."HELLO!" we were laughing for ages.
