In my opinion, the Wii is overrated. Here's why:
1. Its siguature racing game-Mario Kart Wii-is childish compared to Gran Turismo 5(PS3) and and Forza Motorsport 4(360.)
2.It does not have sim racers, as the rivals do.
3.I heard that the cover of a Madden Football game for it was cartoonish.
4.The games for it are very easy.
5.A new Wii player can have sorness.
6.There is a NASCAR game for it called NASCAR Kart Racing and it is the worst NASCAR game ever.
7.The game Wii Music is a little creepy.
8. It can injure TVs because someone might throw throw the Wiimote at it, shattering its screen.
9. 11 0/0 are decent, 89 0/0 are bad.

So just avoid buying this system and just buy a 360 or PS3.

I can see where you're coming from, but you do have to remember that the Wii is made for a completely different audience than the Xbox 360 or the Playstation 3. Whilst the two others are targeted at the more hardcore gaming audience, with games such as Gears of War, Gran Turismo and the upcoming Forza 4 (I might be getting that. =D), the Wii is a much more family-oriented console, with more friendly games that have a "pick-up-and-play" quality to them, that the more simulation-style games don't have. You can see this in the average age ratings, most games on the Wii have a rating of 3, with the occasional 7, whereas some of the more popular games for the 360 and PS3 are up in the region of 16 and 18. So while you may think that the Wii is a childish and overrated console, I can guarantee that there are plenty of people in the gaming world who think otherwise.

5.A new Wii player can have soreness. I never had soreness when I got the Wii, nor did any of my family...

8. It can injure TVs wait wut tv's can't have "injuries", they get broken/damaged because someone might throw throw the Wiimote at it, shattering its screen. Well maybe you should wear the wrist strap.

So just avoid buying this system and just buy a 360 or PS3.

I don't have plans on buying the Wii U, because it will have the same, childish games. Enigma has a DS Lite but he got his at age 10 and stopped playing it at age of 12. I have plans on getting a PSPgo for this Christmas, so I can play Gran Turismo on the go.

It would be more accurate if you compared the Wii U to the 360 and the PS3. It looks as if the Wii U has much more disadvantages when you add in a giant controller.

From what I know, it's more of an optional thing. Even still, you never know until it's actually been demonstrated- everyone was quite sceptical when the Wii was first introduced, but now it's pretty much a household name.

I think Project Cafe is a step back from the old Wii systems. Sure it might be a powerful and good-looking handheld, but why was the Wii invented in the first place? To sit and stare at a six inch LCD screen with none of your body moving except your fingers? No. The Wii was made so it could be the first motion-based gaming system ever invented. Look where they "innovated" to. And, well, Wii and PS3 users have small pee-pees.

Actually, it's used in conjunction with the motion controls, from what I know.

No, it's a controller with buttons, a 6-inch 1080p LCD screen, and two analog sticks.

I only play Xbox 360 cause I ran out of games to play for the Wii. Also, when I still played it, I had about 30 games for it, all completed, compared to my 6 on Xbox 360 because there's no space for anything else.
