I liked Sonic Heroes.
I played that briefly and thought it was o.k
I even have a soft spot for sonic 360 because me and two of my friends who live very close to me used to meet up at one of theirs house and play the multipayer on that a lot.

Portal 2

Portal 2 is a truly amazing game, pushing the PC to it's limits, and...

Oh f**k it, Gabe Newell delayed it until April 2011.

F**k you Valve. F**k. You.

FINAL VERDICT: 0/10 because it hasn't been released yet.

I really wouldn't say that, even as a joke.

Battlefield Bad Company 2
360, PS3, PC

DICE brings their franchise back to the present day once again. It was good competitor against Modern Warfare 2 when it was released. Did it deserve to be better? Yes.

The singleplayer campaign isn't the best. Bad Company goes off to secure a fictional superweapon created by the Japanese, first discovered in 1944. Even on the easiest difficulty, I found the campaign to be difficult as heck. Enemy fire will easily kill you, and even through cover.

What really makes Bad Company 2 stand out is the multiplayer. There are several different game modes, like conquest, rush, squad rush, and squad deathmatch. The maps are large, detailed, and destructible environments. There are multiple classes can be customized with primary and secondary weapons, equipment, and perks. Note that each class ranks up individually.

The final verdict:

9.2/10

The singleplayer is the only reason why points were taken off. If you buy it, only go for the multiplayer.

Bad Company doesn't have Split Screen. That is a major fault, why do you have to have that? You can't play with friends who have a different console so why not have a popular game mode which has been used for about 20 years?

I didn't know that.

Medal of Honor

PC, 360, PS3

This is no fantasy. Medal of Honor is based off of what US soldiers were going through in the Middle East. There's been a bit of controversy surrounding the game's multiplayer, but does it still hold up to BC2 and MW2?

Single player isn't the best. I was only able to play a little, because missions drag long and boring.

The multiplayer is completely different, made by the creators of BC2, DICE. US forces versus the Taliban! Oh wait, they changed it to "Opposing Forces". There are only four game modes, Assault Raid, Sector Control, Team Assault and Combat Mission, which can be fought on 8 maps. Two more are included in DLC, but why couldn't they include them during launch?

Like 1943, there are only three classes. The sniper class (self explanatory), includes a sniper rifle (which doesn't start with a proper sniper scope), and explosives. The rifleman class has an assault rifle (with a noob tube), and smoke grenades. Finally, the Special ops class has an SMG, for stealth. Each can be upgraded individually, adding new weapons and upgrades.

The spawning system is somewhat better than in Call of Duty. You have the choice of spawning in your team's base, or on the front. The front is littered with campers, and wide open spaces where you will be sniped in the face. One thing that is a complete annoyance is trying to leave back to the main menu. You cannot leave after a game, but have to wait until the next match starts. Why? How could they screw up something so simple?

Final thoughts?

7.6/10

Terrible singleplayer, and a flawed multiplayer.

I suppose I should do one.

Here we go, it's a review for Mass Effect 2.

This game is probably the fullest you will have played in a long time. Jam packed with sidequests, main missions, hidden items, DLC, characters and plot points, this is one game that wil steal weeks from you. It follows a shooter style with tonnes of RPG elements making it one diverse game. These elements combine into one furiously effective system. It doesn't give you no win situations; you have the cover system, which you either despise or like, and it gives you a second person view point and 3 party members. So, lets get specific.

Playstyle and variables:
You get a choice of character type at the beginning of the game; Vanguard, Infiltrator, Sentinel, Adept, Engineer and Soldier. The classes have different abilities (or none at all, but few weaknesses in the case of the soldier); Tech and Biotic, and these allow you to change the battle. For biotic, think the force; tech is self explanatory. This allows you to change battles in various ways, but it also decides what weapons you can use. Most can use sniper rifles, pistols and sub-machine guns, while the Vanguard can use shotguns and the Soldier can use al weapons other than the Sub-machine gun, which is replaced by the assault rifle. You get different versions of the weapons throughout the game, usually progressing in strength, until you get powerful weapons such as the M-27 Revenant or the Geth Pulse Rifle. You also research weapons throughout the game, such as a miniature Nuke Launcher.

Levels:
The levels are mostly abandoned planets, with a few hub worlds like Citadel, Illium and Omega. This may sound unrealistic, but you find occupants in most planets and the level design is made of twisting paths, covered areas and Geth ships. In addition you also get plenty of cover from enemy fire. Always fair, always well designed.
Scripting:
A good mix here, with some hilarious dialogue and some pretty serious stuff. Being rather sci-fi, there's a bit of technical jargon thrown in; swearing too.

Final score-
9.5/10
The best RPG/Shooter on PS3, one of the best on PC. Buy it now!

Hm.

Halo Reach,

Right.

Campaign: 7/10 Decent, like, but it was a bit repetetive and the whole 'EVERE1 DIEZZ' thing is a bit silly to be honest. if there were to be all but 1 or two it would make it a lot better and branch out the sequel possibilities anymore. like a 'origins' sort of thing.

Multiplayer: 8/10 I be liking, but some modes are just lame (Arena)

Forge: 4/10 It Wasn't as good as it was said to be, and they need to release more things maybe in a dlc ofr forge (Like a 'forge pack' thing.)

Overall: 6/10 T'was Good, But it wasnt woirth all the hype...

(Still the best FPS of 2010. most of the 2010 games were sh**.)

I'm glad Mass Effect 2 can't count in that equation as it's a SPS:P

I disagree, but that's not important right now.

Toy Soldiers DLC

Kaiser Battles-

The easier out of the two, and is alright. Nothing real special besides new unit skins.

8/10

Invasion!

This one is awesome. WWI weapons versus futuristic vehicles and other toys? How can you not go wrong! Invasion! is more challenging than the other, with massive waves of enemies.

9/10

I doubt you've even seen the King's Speech. Far too sophisticated for the likes of you, methinks.
