Fox, that Spray is Trade servers in a nutshell.

Also, Sprays need to be either .jpg and .tga files, and then imported in the game itself.
An you can do animated .gif files for a spray, but those tend to be severely limited.

I think it cost lots of keys... And all Stranges are not that expensive. I have about 2/3 weapons I'm using as stranges.
