Okay so I've gotten all over my video graphics settings on the lowest possible, and the still lags to death. Anyway to fix this ?

Get a better computer?

Oh MAN I'm so sick of hearing this. Like we can just buy a new computer.

Anyway, the thing that helped me the most is Chris' TF2 configs. That said, it didn't help me much due to having a graphics card that is complete trash, but you never know. Also highframes and maxframes get about the same FPS, but highframes looks nicer.

I've not learned a great deal about Friendship this week. I'm still considered to be a monster and a n00b class by my so-called friends- they clearly haven't understood that there's more to burning things than holding down two buttons and running straight into Minigun fire. Still pretty much ignored by the Medic, too- blindly following and consistantly overhealing the Heavy even when he can clearly see me filled with holes.
 
So these days, now I pretty much find myself having to rely on Medkits and the mysterious power of gardening rakes to survive behind enemy lines. It's not all bad though- when I can actually get there, I do still very much enjoy inflicting burning agony on anyone in my way, especially when it's finished by hitting them with an axe.
 
Maybe they'll consider me more a credit to team once I'm done slaughtering the BLU Spies- I must conclude this letter here, though- I've just seen one waltz into the base.

"Indeed, Pyro- fire is the ultimate cleanser, after all. Mind you though, it's better if you hack them with your axe as well before they die- more personal. You can feel every blow, understand the complexity of the human body as it's deconstructed into a smouldering pile of mush and organs.

well thats weird, when i play bot mode the fps lags down to 2-5 fps(higher if you zoom with sniper(6-10fps)) but when i play online it flies of to around 3-25 fps.

i play with 16. (a bit tip for snipers: after you shoot, quickly click Q 2 times. this will give you faster load time for all of snipers primary weapon than normal)
