For this purpose, he was built with speed and agility in mind, for the purpose of escape and dealing with Casino Guards should he end up getting caught.
In combat however, he puts his speed to very good use, combined with his own special weapon- Ceratanium Playing Cards with razor-edges that he can launch like throwing knives. He can also attack viciously and quickly by dashing, dodging around the room, and tossing bombs shaped like dice, making him a very tricky opponent to keep up with.
