GTM Super Smash Bros.
« on: August 01, 2010, 12:33:48 PM »
I know this has already been mentioned a couple of times in threads like "Video Game Name Parodies" and "Speculation: SSB4", but I thought it was time that we dedicated a thread to what a GTM version of Super Smash Bros would have.
Use it for discussing things like Playable characters (Can be yourself, and list their moves), Stages, Items, and Bosses (IE. Master Cylinder, Hammer of Justice), and the like. Enjoy, and I, GoldenFox93, declare this thread...open.

Maybe some Story Time locations, too. I mean, the top deck of the Diotoir, the ramparts of the Demon King's castle and the engine room of the wrecked Diotoir II (Where Pieface and the Spider are fought) are just a few I can think of.

You mean the Conquerer of Abyssinia and former Dictator of Italy?

Really though, I think he means those on GTM, like Starcore, Darkrat or Goose.

We could have some legendary bots, such as Mako and SnSnSnSnS as Assist Trophies, and things like DSL Hammers or Razor Tips as weapon things.

Technically, you pulled it down with that anti-gravity beam, but still, close enough. Then I destroyed the beam with those BomBoms.

To start with, I'll post the full moveset I had in the previous thread, albiet with some slight modifications:

GOLDENFOX93

ENTRANCE:
GF93 jumps down unarmoured, before posing to call his suit to him. GF93 then poses and turns into a white silihouette of himself, before the silihouetted pieces of his suit drop down from the sky onto their respective pieces onto GF93. He then poses again and appears as normal with an anime "Gleaming" sound effect, ready for combat.

STANDARD MOVES
Neutral attack:
GF93 can perform a boxing-style combination attack with taps of the A button- tapping the button six times will cause him to throw two left jabs, a right jab, a left hook, and a right uppercut to the gut, followed by a rapid barrage of left jabs that continues if you continue to press the button.

Side attack: GF93 performs a quick Roundhouse kick straight forward.

Up attack: GF93 performs a left uppercut straight upward.

Down attack: GF93 ducks and performs a quick spinning sweep kick. Very little knockback, but good for ground comboes.

Side smash: GF93 aims downward at an angle with his wrist cannon, firing a shot into the ground and causing an explosion, simularly to Solid Snake's side smash in SSBB.

Up smash: GF93 performs a powerful Shoryuken-like punch that knocks foes straight up. During this attack, he won't use the Energy Cutter, but instead cover his fist with a plasma-electricity aura, causing fire/electric damage.

Down smash: GF93 charges up, before swinging his legs around in a breakdancing-style kick, holding himself up on one hand as he does so. Good for spacing.

Grab: GF93 reaches forward and tries to grab his opponent. Slightly longer range due to GF93's comparative size.

Pummel: GF93 holds the opponent by the back of the neck with one arm, and punches them in the face with the other arm when button A is pressed.

Forward throw: GF93 punches his opponent in the gut and holds them up with one arm, before somersaulting and slamming them into the ground.

Back throw: GF93 grabs his opponent around the waist and suplexes them, after which he rolls backwards and judo-throws them away from him, before shooting them in mid-air with five GF-Missiles from his wrist cannon as he gets back up.

Up throw: GF93 knocks his opponents into the air with a Shoryuken Punch, before leaping up and Bicycle-kicking them straight upwards as they fall back down.

Down throw: GF93 grabs his opponent around the neck with one arm and throws them to the turf straight at his feet, before jumping up and blasting them with a contineous Laser blast from his wrist cannon whilst they're on the ground.

Dash attack: GF93 jumps forward and knees his enemy, knocking them back with one big hit.

Neutral aerial: GF93 spins and slashes with his Energy Cutters twice quickly.

Forward aerial: GF93 attacks with a rolling spin kick, good for Gimp Kills or simply aerial assaults.

Back aerial: GF93 elbows his opponent from behind, backhanding with his right arm as he does so.

Up aerial: GF93 Bicycle-kicks straight upwards, propelling him upwards very slightly and doing multiple hits, with the last one launching the opponent(s).

Down aerial: GF93 stomps straight downwards, Captain Falcon-style. A great Meteor Smash.

Ledge attack: GF93 flips up onto the stage, kicking the opponent in midair before slashing them with an Energy Cutter.

Alt. Ledge attack: GF93 climbs up and thrusts forward with one Energy Cutter.

Floor Attack: GF93 performs a spinning breakdance kick along the ground to begin with, before flipping back up onto his feet in mid-spin.

Sidestep: GF93 steps back into the stage, before stepping back.

Forward roll: GF93 dives forwards and quickly rolls along the ground, before standing back up as he finishes.

Backward roll: GF93 performs a low backflip away from his opponent.

Shield(?): GF93 holds one forearm in front of him in a defensive position as the shield takes effect.

SPECIALS
(b) Plasma Beam:
A chargeable attack that works a lot like Samus' charge beam. Press B once to charge, and Press B again to fire. At maximum charge, a long beam is fired quickly that is very strong and can go through enemies, but can be sidestepped.

[b<>] Machspeed Slash: GF93 zips forward at blinding speed for a short distance. If he hits an enemy with it, he'll slash upwards with the Energy Cutters, tossing them into the air. If done in midair, it spikes enemies down instead, making this a great Meteor Smash attack.

[b^] Tornado Uppercut: GF93 jumps up and performs a Shoryuken punch upwards at a slight angle. As the first punch finishes, he'll spin around and use his boosters to perform another Shoryuken, this time with his fist coated in plasma energy for fire damage.

[b v] GF-Missile: GF93 crouches and quickly fires five small Missiles, which fly straight ahead and explode on Contact. Unlike Samus' missiles, they are faster, slightly more powerful and cannot be made to track opponents.

FINAL SMASH
Reaper Mech Summon: GF93 leaps up off the screen, and comes back down in the Reaper Mecha from Story Time.
He is able to ride around in it and attack through methods such as stomping enemies, blasting them with Missiles or Lasers using button commands, and like the Landmaster, can boost upwards to take enemies off the screen. It is also impervious to standard attacks.
It only lasts for a short time however, so be quick when using it.

OTHER
Up taunt: GF93 throws two right jabs straight forward, before performing a left jab, before turning his back towards the camera and holding up an arm, finishing by causing several plasma sparks to come off of his extended arm.

Down taunt: GF93 turns to the camera and holds out one arm as one of his wrist gauntlets morphs into its Cannon form and back again.

Side taunt: GF93 momentarily flips open his visor and takes out a bottle of Pepsi Max, cracks it open and drinks it, in a simular fashion to Young Link and his Lon Lon Milk in SSB: Melee. He then breathes a sigh of satisfaction and lowers his visor again. If the taunt is done fully, GF93 will recover 3% health, and the bottle will remain in GF93's hand as a weak throwable item.

Cheer: "G-F!"
*Clap clap clap*
"NINE-THREE!"
*Clap clap clap*

Idle: GF93 looks around in both directions.

Idle 2: GF93 flicks one of his wrists, causing one of his Energy Cutters to spin on his arm twice.

VICTORY

1) GF93 performs a few acrobatic punches and kicks, before striking a finishing pose.

2) GF93 calls the Diotoir, which looms overhead and drops a ladder. GF93 then steps forward and climbs onto the ladder and comments- "The name's GoldenFox93. Remember it well!", before the Diotoir flies off.

3) GF93 throws two alternate jabs, before holding out one arm and turning his back towards the camera. GF93 then looks over his shoulder on the same side his stretched arm is on.[/b]

Might be good as an arena that you can only defeat opponents by Star KO (IE. Sent off the top of the screen), or as a Stamina Mode arena. Killsaws and Ramrods could poke through the floor as hazards when set on!  :approve:

I'll do one.
Dark Lumix

ENTRANCE:
Dark Lumix jumps down from the top of the screen, cushioning his landing with a small fire blast, and landing in a crouching position. He then gets up and going into his standard fighting position.

STANDARD MOVES
Neutral attack:
1st tap does a left jab, 2nd tap does a right punch and readies the 3rd tap. On the 3rd tap, Dark Lumix throws a Magpunch.

Side attack: Dark Lumix swings his arm out to the side, and a small fire blast comes out of his hand, blasting whoever's behind him with fire.

Up attack: Does a Sky Uppercut

Down attack: Dark Lumix smashes his hands on the floor and sends a wave of fire out from the ground.

Side smash: Same as normal, but instead of just swining his arm, he combines it with a Magpunch. Good Knockback, and gives chance to use his Upward smash

Up smash: Dark Lumix's Hellkat Crusier flies overhead, and shoots a beam of light onto Dark Lumix, healing 10 health. If the button is held down, it heals Dark Lumix until the button is unpressed.

Down smash: Dark Lumix put his hand on the floor, and spins his whole body around his hand, kicking the opponent in the head. When it hits, he shouts "BOOM! Headshot!"

Grab: Dark Lumix reaches forward and tries to grab his opponent. Normal range.

Pummel: Dark Lumix holds the opponent by the back of the neck with one arm, and holds the other arm close to their face. When the button is pressed, fire comes out of the arm close to the face, burning said face.

Forward throw:Dark Lumix punches his opponent in the stomach and holds them up with one arm, before headbutting them in the stomach, sending them flying.

Back throw: Dark Lumix launches a fireball into the opponent's back. Doesn't send them flying that far, but good for damage.

Up throw: Sky Uppercut combined with Mag Punch.

Down throw: Dark Lumix does a Sky Uppercut, jumps up into the air, grabs his opponent again, and elbows the opponent in the stomach.

Dash attack: Dark Lumix speeds forward using his Sonic Speed and headbutts his opponent in the stomach

Neutral aerial: Shoots a fireball from his right hand.

Forward aerial: Forward Magpunch at full power. Hard to aim, but does the same damage as a Falcon Punch.

Back aerial: Dark Lumix puts his arms behind him and shoots a fireball from both, boosting him forward slightly at the same time..

Up aerial: Dark Lumix walks around his opponent going skyward at the same time, before sliding down their body and doing a kick right in the nuts, sending them flying. Good for damage..

Down aerial: Reverse Sky Uppercut.

Ledge attack: Dark Lumix sets his feet on fire, thus making it so his kicks for when he comes back onstage do double damage..

Alt. Ledge attack: Dark Lumix wraps his legs around the opponents head, and hangs there for 7 seconds, doing 2 percent damage every second.

Floor Attack: Dark Lumix jumps into the air and does a double Sky Uppercut, except with the feet. One of the most powerful moves other than a final smash.

Sidestep: Dark Lumix steps back into the stage, before stepping back.

Forward roll: Dark Lumix dives forwards and quickly rolls along the ground, before standing back up as he finishes.

Backward roll: Dark Lumix performs a low backflip away from his opponent.

Shield(?): Dark Lumix holds one hand in front of him and one hand behind him as he adds fire to the sheild. Thus, he has infinite shielding, but attacks on the sheild take away double the size they normally would.

SPECIALS
(b) Magpunch:
A fully charged double Magpunch. Very damaging.

[b<>] HeadBuster: Dark Lumix speeds forward at supersonic speed, grabs the opponent's head, and knees the opponent in the head.

[b^] Sky Uppercut: Dark Lumix does a double Sky Uppercut.

[b v] FlameBreaker: Like the normal down attack, but goes both ways and does double damage.

FINAL SMASH
Supernova Blast: Dark Lumix jumps into the middle of the screen, and stays there, with hands on shoulders. He then pushes his hands out away from him, and at the same time, launches a massive Fireball that fills up all of the screen apart from the corners. Of course, that's at full power, tapping the button non stop at mach speed for 3 seconds. The more you tap the button, the bigger the blast.

OTHER
Up taunt: Dark Lumix begins doing an uppercut, before cancelling, landing back on the ground and saying "Naa".

Down taunt: Dark Lumix looks at the camera, shoots a fireball at it, and making it look like he broke a bit of the screen (If you don't know what a broken LCD screen looks like, then find out) before saying "Sweet dreams." Kinda like the beginning of DMC 3.

Side taunt: Dark Lumix holds two Mini fireballs in each hand. he then add them together above him, where they evaporate. "You ain't got nothing."

Cheer: "Come on Lumix!"
*Clap clap clap*
"Come on Lumix!"
*Clap clap clap*

Idle: Dark Lumix opens a can of 7UP.

Idle 2: Dark Lumix drinks the can of 7UP.

VICTORY

1) Dark Lumix opens a can of 7up, and proceeds to drink it all, before saying "Better than Pepsi Max", before doing a bit of a chuckle to himself.

2) Dark Lumix holds two fireballs in each hand, looks at the camera, and says "What do you want, Ownage number 1 or Ownage number 2?"

3) Dark Lumix lies on his back, looking at the sky, before looking towards the camera, and saying "Do you mind? I'm trying to sleep!"

Sure thing. Present could be a starter, Past and Future could be hidden characters (Or together, like the Ice Climbers). That reminds me...maybe I'll do a roster of stages, bosses, characters, items and things in my first post.
