Here are some examples:

Here's Hazardous Contraption. This is Nary's old bot and it won BBEANS 4. As you can see here, HazCon uses 2 skirt hinges. One for getting under a bot, and another for feeding the bot into the weapons.

And this is BatmobileAI. Not the best of its type, but I didn't have enough time to look for better examples. These are probably the easiest wedges you could use. Although heavy, they are almost on par with snapper wedges. Just attach, attach, and there you go. :D
Clash Cubes 1 - Grey Matter (Runner-Up)
King of Karnage - Sideshow Freak (Runner-Up, Best Engineered)
Rust In Pieces - Paper Cut 3 (Grand Champion, Most Dangerous Bot)
Wheely Tag Tournament - Ion Thruster (Grand Champion, along with Ounces' DiSemboweLment)
UK vs USA - Dark Striker (Grand Champion)
Rust In Pieces 2 - Claymore (Runner-Up, Favourite Bot)
BBEANS 6 - Infection 4 (Runner-Up)
RA2 Team Championships - Serious Business, Skeksis (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, and Badnik)
RA2 Team Championships 2 - The Other Stig (Runner-Up, along with Scrappy, S_M, Badnik, 090901, and R1885)
Replica Wars 3 - Abaddon (Runner-Up, Luckiest Bot)
BroBots - wheebot & yaybot (Runner-Up)
Robo Zone 2 - Dipper (4th place, Survival Champion, & Best Axle Bot)
ARBBC - The Covenant (3rd place, BW Rumble Winner, Most Feared BW)

That sound like a flipper, Which would need a burst motor. However, for wedges, a skirt hinge would be fine for a wedge, as their only made to get under other bots, not to flip them over

I guess that explains a few things. I guess that is a big step forward, since your building around the components, but your new HW is not a full potental, plus the weight of the wedges you have around 20 Kgs left over.

I tried making wedges with Skirt Hinges... But its IMPOSSIBLE... (See Canadian Wedge) Even a Wedgeless bot could get under that

Skirt hinges and snapper wedges need to be set slightly into the ground to add pressure to the motor. Be careful however, as too much or too little pressure can ruin the otherwise good wedge. If you're absolutely lazy, metal hinges usually pwn. XD

That means that Skirt Wedges can be better than Hinge wedges if setted up correctly? :O

That looks decent actually. try getting a more powerful weapon on there, like a disc with some weapons on it. Saw blades are pretty weak. good choice on the wheels, but that thing in the back is going to make your wedges worse because it adds weight to the back of the bot.
You got my vote for RA2 Wizard. Always and forever.
