Why does the video title say it has 2 thirds of a leg?

Cause having 2 thirds of a leg is cool 
No the real reason is i was not sure if a should count the polycarbonate extender as a leg are not, and what i meant by 2/3 was 2 are 3 legs, but i messed up a bit... again.
