with 30kg of weight left you can always add more stuff, such as chassis armor or armor plates, even grippier wheels :)

Hypno wheels are really good. You have the weight to add them, so JUST DO IT! They are grippier than the wheels you use now. Could use a skin, I reccomend a universe theme.

I think that it looks pretty cool, even if your picture cropping is pretty poor. I like how you've managed to make a axe/popup hybrid. Are those NPC fasts? If not, is the bot quick enough?

They are fasts and it handles itself very well. Do you think you would call it built in an IRL style.

I'm not too sure. I think if you removed the poly skirts at the front it would be pretty IRL but I'm not an expert on these things. I just think it looks pretty rad

The thing is, no matter how many people say its IRL, I'm the tournament host and if I feel it isn't IRL then, well, it isn't eligible.

The only thing borderline not-IRL about the robot is the skirts imo. Replace those with something less DSL standard like some a wide row of steel armor plates, then give it a good paint job. Then it would basically be Tut Tut 2K16.
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

The axe cuts straight through components, it's way too skirty and most of all it's obviously trying to get in as a pop-up. This would be declined if it was my tournament.

I think a gap could be cut through some of the panelling and skirts to ensure it could get through.

I'd say its too skirty and pop-up like as well. KOK, try and redesign it to make it more like an axe and less like a pop-up.

Each half could theoretically be welded to each side of the front skirts.

These are the exact words I said to KoK when rejecting the bot, i'm glad I'm not the only one seeing this.

Then theoretically in DSL Standard it should be fine for me to cut through a skirt hinge right? Because each side could be welded to the robot?

Actually, yes. If your skirt hinge has to be in the middle and is cut, you could have skirt hinges akin to Ironforge's singular, small hinge on each side in real life.
