I have read a bit of Nietzsche, yes. Though probably not enough to fully comprehend the meaning of the term according to the author, but enough to understand the idea. I should read Friedrich's main works again some time and add them to my main collection of great books, who is pretty much just Sun Tzu's

As I have understood it, it was a man that brought himself above other men by creation (physical, ethical, artistical and philosophical) and joy, and who rejected the common mentality/morality/way of life to create one of it's own. As a result, he was antisocial but had no regrets or anything holding him back in his goal.
