Ditto. IIRC, on the graph you're supposed to shade in everything that X can be, and then everything that Y can be, and then you have to shade what they have in common.
Edit: you shade in stuff I know you do
Double Edit: okay no I got it now you shade in all of the x,y values that can solve the first inequality, then all of the x,y values for the second one, then shade in what they have in common. Then, specifically for that question it's asking you to use an ordered pair from the section you shaded in to prove you're correct.
Math isn't my strong suit.
