You look at the focus point for thirty seconds. This is giving you something to focus on whilst the white of the image "burns" into your eye's memory (same effect as when you get funny splodges of color in your line of sight when it's sunny). Look to something white and you'll see the white your eye memory's just memorised as black, showing the trollface
