An assload of sports bring truly nothing to the practitioner. What's the end point of running after a ball ? You learn how to run after a ball, yeah alright, it makes your body stronger, but how IS running after a ball useful in life's many challenges ?Personally I do karate. More than a sport, 'tis an art. As most people can guess here, I don't agree with a good part of the bushido-inspired honor code, but it makes you stronger, more confident and more importantly it trains an moderately useful skill.
