2nd Place winners will be anounced after the pods.
For anything to do with the house bot i'll leave to Mad, as he created the House Bot.
Yes, the team tourny will still happen.
Damn I should probably put something fancy in this bit huh?

PodB: R0B0's not the BBEANS4 runner up for nothing.

Phil, that was one heck of a lucky win.

Philetbabe's turret bot didn't seem to be moving in the first match against obZen.

the AI was one of my firsts servo one, (this tournament starts a long long time ago) and it wotks with custom Zone so it is not as effective as the last AI likes the ones of Madiaba or the one i called LazeGuidedV2. it was effective at near range.

Moreover, it has locomotion trouble : the wheels were so high (to have a good wedge) that the smallest grip problem immobilizes it : yes i had a lucky win, but it does not count at all.

Anyway, i had a good time building my bot, i'll have a good one following this thread.

That's the way to learn things.

I didn't deserve that win against Dragonfly. I was saved by a havok explosion.
Put this onto your signature if you were part of this crappy fad in '03.

That Havoking Housebot was pretty entertaining. And I thought that mine was going to fly into the pit when it started flopping around in the first match.

But good job Naryar. And I actually did not notice the weapon until this fight, I though that it was just a flipper.

I won a fight. I'm happy. Nice work Urjak, Purple Pest had me worried when it got under Archy so easily.

I must say I'm curious about ShadowArts' wedge too, I was shocked at how easily he beat me.

EDIT: BTW wasn't S32 the Pod D winner?

Nothing very special is under FFU.

I was aiming to get the mini-wedge (under the floor... dumb thing to say). (bla-bla-bla-bla :P) for a lot of the video.

Good job Urjak - ya' got me down that hole. Archy has an awesome look, especially with the drum going on.

Reier should have won Pod D. He CLEARLY put on the best fight of the pod.

Seriously, S32 won because of a havok and Crashman is the most combat-worthless juggler i've seen in a long time.

And i will even say that FfU is an illegal bot because that wedge-under-the-floor thing is taking advantage of a glitch and against the realistic rule.

Gonna start since the beginning...

PodA: A surprise... due to a cheap wedge glitch. Entertaining matches though (even if that wasn't really entertaining for me to see Purple Pest losing).

PodB: R0B0SH4RK's sheer skill and love for popups strikes again. Luckiest win award of the first matches goes to Phil.

PodC: No surprise here. Just like in beta testing, HnM stands up to it's name and tears through the opposition.

PodD: Another winner than can say thanks to havok. Reier surprised me for dominating the pod all way long, despite having theorically the worst wedges. Cheapest win award of the first matches goes to S32.

PodE: No real surprise here. The better builder wins. Credit to Tlee for not knowing what battery power is.

PodF: HOLY CRAP THE NOOB WON ?!?!?! And pretty easily... seems the fast HS with a  low weapon/weapon motor weight ratio is a nice design, and i will definitely clone Ice Blast and try this. I was right on one thing anyways: Sage VS Kill was another MD3 VS Far Cry.

FFU is alot better than it looks. I faced it online a few months ago and it pwned most of my arsenal.

EDIT: and with the wedges, I am guessing that it did what alot of mine do, which is just that the collision mesh of the wedge is a little bit higher than what you actually see of the wedge.
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

BBEANS 2 all over again....

Supernova gets Kudos for proving that every rule of RA2 has an exeption. (Again.)
