Use these rules:
https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,3154.0.html
How you make Alarm Clock Pizza is:
Step 1: You buy an alarm clock from the store, and then you have to break it and put it in the sauce.
Step 2: Fold the sauce in 5 slices and put it in the dough.
Step 3: Paint the eggs with a pitcher of a clock showing what time you want to wake up and eat pizza for breakfast.
Step 4: Put the eggs in the dough.
Step 5: Make it flat into a round shape and draw the time you want on it.
Step 6: Put some old steel to prevent other peple from stealing it.
Step 7: Make it flat and cut into 60 slices 1 for each minute in 1 our.
Step 8: Put in the oven set the timer to 30048813.2884 seconds and put the temperature on 'Volcano' setting.
Step 9: If you think it is take to long, then get yor alarm clock and set it to now so that it will ring and you can take it out.
Step 10: Take it out uv the uvin wen it is redy and go to bed. In the morning eat pizza and also eat yor hands bi mistake.

...so I'm automatically not allowed to host a Tournament, since I can't AI ;_;

Is it allowed to be a team effort?

As long as someone AI's bots that aren't AI'd already.

and how would I go about the various parts of a tournament?

There's 5 questions you should be able to say yes to:

Do you have a set of rules in mind that you're willing to stand by?
Can you AI (not making the bindings, just inserting the tournament bots into the AI slots)?
Do you have a screen recorder?
Do you have the time and interest to see this through all the way to the end? ("this" being 15 battles, and awards)

The 5th question was going to be "Can you make a good looking splash and brackets" but I've seen your art, so I think it's a given that you can.

Do you have a set of rules in mind that you're willing to stand by? (Yes, most definitely)
Can you AI (not making the bindings, just inserting the tournament bots into the AI slots)?  (No, but I can learn)
Do you have a screen recorder? (No, but I can get one)
Do you have the time and interest to see this through all the way to the end? ("this" being 15 battles, and awards) (If people don't mind that the battles will probably be one per day, then yes)

The 5th question was going to be "Can you make a good looking splash and brackets" but I've seen your art, so I think it's a given that you can.
I'd also need prizes... which is the one thing that I'm properly stuck on now e_e

Many tourney's don't have prizes. Maybe just a reserve in future tourneys or just eternal satisfaction that they won.
Better than GK since 2009.
I think SM is a pretty cool guy, eh builds unicycle-bots and doesn't afraid of anything

One a day is fine, if you can stick to that, then you're golden.  I'm pleased with your answers, very much so.  The fact that you're thinking about prizes is another thing that makes you above-average already.

Artwork is a great idea, you could offer a custom decal as a prize; that way people who won could display it on their 'bots in subsequent torunaments.

So, would anyone be willing to teach me how to do the AI thingy Sonny's talking about? And is there any screenrecording program anyone could recommend? (I've been looking for one for ages, actually, 'cause I want to make art tuts)

Here's a good tutorial to the AI thing; it's better than what I had in mind because you don't have to overwrite any existing bots:
https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,3942.0.html

As for Fraps, it's good for recording RA2, but it doesn't record desktop programs like Photoshop.  CamStudio is the program that the Mario Paint recorders swear by, maybe give it a look.

Here's an idea of what it'll be like:

Quote from: Tournament signup thingy
Crown Tourney

Weight Class: Stock HeavyWeight

Rules
- cheatbot2 is not allowed
- Any bot type (Are there any that actually can't be properly AI'd?)
- Soft Spots are the only allowed glitch (What's the real name for that glitch anyway?)
- <insert some kind of Havok rule here>
- Single Elimination (Randomised brackets)
- 16 spots

Prizes:
1st Place would get:
- Up to two decals of their choice
- A place in my next tourney (if I do another one)
- A full-color picture with background of their choice
- A special promo art to do with the Crown Tourney

2nd Place would get:
- A decal of their choice
- A place in my next Tourney (if I do another one)
- A fullbody-color picture with no background of their choice

3rd Place would get:
- A place in my next Tourney

Or something

and I need a Havok rule, but I have no idea what one of those is >.<

Any suggestions on improvements?
