Edited the rules to give a bit more clarification, if it's found in a clean copy of DSL without using cheatbot2 then it's fine.

1) The tournament hasn't even started yet. :P
2) That's not how it works even if it had started. I suggest reading the first post again. I randomly make the first teams, then you build/send your bot.

Once it's been approved, and signups open. It's not just yet though, that gives you time to think about what you're going to make.
