I've broken the tie. There's too many LW Tourneys, and I hate building UHWs with a passion. And wtf is up with the description of the tourney? It's really weird...

I am in the process of making a Word document that explains the tourney format a little bit better than how it is described in my first post. Don't worry, it'll make sense.
