Because Urjak who have a reserved spot so he just changed his names to yours so he didn't have to re-number everything.

more then 8 months later from original post and still not into videos/brackets, weren't there rules against slow paced tournaments? If not surely there should be.

The rules state people who have 3 or more tournies hosted have 1 year from the start of the Signups to finish the tourney.
GRW has already hosted 3 so this applies to him.
