I don't like that idea, personally, because the lighter of the multibots would be pretty pointless and redundant against the heavier ones. If we were doing multibots, I'd prefer it if they were the same weight class.

LW/MW it is. Arena suggestions? I'm looking at the AON2 arena personally, but pits will make people rage.

Front post updated with a set of rules, only missing the arena.

I like that idea very much. Completely forgot about that arena.

Actually, I disagree, it make a mess of bots' range values in the AI.

How so? And would it still be noticeable with MW/LW and probably a lack of SNS?

Depends. There were a few issues with hazards in Steel Warzone where bots get stuck near the walls without moving much if trying to advance on a bot (that's how I lost against NFX, methinks). I was using a sawbot, so chances are it can still occur here.
I'd say the standard DSL arena is decent and has OOTA capability.

Eh, my issue there is the capacity to spam flippers. It would be nice, in a way, to have a non-OOTA arena for once, might get a little more destruction :D

I thought it was AGOD on your wedges that kept you from getting to me. I thought the problem with it was that HS kept on losing their weapons on the spikes, and RPM got one of its arms caught between them. So I don't know if I'd go for the Containment Cube arena, personally, DSL Tourney arena is a kinda standard choice, maybe. Perhaps one that isn't TOO easy to OOTA opponents in, but still possible.

Just downloaded and looked at all the arenas I could find, and personally I am leaning towards the Cube, unless suggestions are made.
