Yes, I tested it with that in mind, allowing it to rock itself back onto its wheels to try again. That, combined with strong armour and high speed, should hopefully allow it to dodge attacks until it can line up the killer blows.

Yup. If you've seen Kronic in real life, you'll see that its low sloped front and side profile, combined with the flipper, are quite effective on Horizontal Spinners.
