It's the most powerfull burst in dsl by a fair bit IMO.
Hell it needs a certain amount of weight on it to even be stable.

well as long as your under-powering it and not just some crazed burst power hungry person I guess I can live with it

at enough power it can make HW's do 3 flips in the air (or when GK used it for Hypnodisc self right itself with 3 flips in the air) :P

No. He used the Lu-Tze (Or was it Beetlebros) Earthquake Hammmer Motor

I tried the Judge Burst on a MW just to see what it would do, and it rupted itself into the wall.
