you'll have also to choose what kind of brackets it is, round robin or double elimination, you didn't specify it in the rules.

I am checking the rules and i'm quite sure it is the only problem left, you'll be able to enter signups very soon

It'll depend on the amount of entries, but it seems like it will probably be double elimination.
