Have you used the green or the blue mainboard? The blue one is 1 kg lighter than the green one.

changed the armour to steel 3 and extenders to aluminium. it is now 398.8kg
the old set up was titanium extenders and aluminium 5.it was 400kg.

try plastic 5 ? you might be able to strengthen up some extenders

Side hammers are technically hammers so yes, they're allowed.

Also, I'm planning on making a video showing the entries instead of a splash once I get all of the entries. The vid will be on youtube and it will also available for download for people who can't see youtube vids.

4 spaces left on the tournament, so far everything's ready, all that's left is the bracket but I have an idea I might use and I need all 16 entries (let's see if anyone guesses what the idea is).
