Yeah, you add the green tick when you're more or less ready to proceed to the signup stage.

rather then me reading all threads trying to find out if people are ready to move along I get you guys to put a green tick on your topic

when I make the poll I just read down the forum list and put in whatever has a green tick..

so its entirely your call when you want to add it.. the sorting out of your rules is done when we approve your sign ups thread

Well, I just re-read the rules and added more freedom on bot types (axes, side axes, etc) so all is ready now.
