Every time I build something in Ironforge, it's insanely fast and just flies around the arena uncontrollably. Is this normal?

Depends on the motors you're using.

Ballasts are 50 kg right? If so then its 400.0 kg without ballasts and 600.0 kg with the 4 free ballasts.
