12 bots in the loser's bracket, they go in order of how they lost. The fourth spot in the loser's bracket gets taken by the first bot to lose in the winner's bracket semi-final. Once a bot gets eliminated from the first round in the loser's bracket semi final. The fourth spot in Round 2 will be taken by the 2nd loser in the winners bracket semi-final. Once the 2 KoTH rounds end, 3 bots will be left to fight in the Ring Arena, the winner fights the winner's bracket winner to see who wins the entire tournament.

In other words, its pretty confusing to explain.
