That's right you ignorant jackwagons! I wanna host a tournament! IT'S GONNA BE THE MOST SUPER-DUPER EXTRA SPECIAL TOTALLY AWESOME FUN PARTY TIME EVER!

For starters, Yes I can AI, but I'll only do standard AIs like OmniRam, Spinner, ect. If you want something fancy, do that crap yourself!
And it goes without saying, no cheaty AIs.

Yes, I can record. I have FRAPS. I figured this would be a given, but apparently some folks around here are really dumb.

I will NOT be entering. I wouldn't want to win my own tournament.

#1 - Weight class: Heavyweights
#2 - Game type Stock, Snapper II and emergency wedge allowed, no other AI or cheatbot parts allowed.
#3 - Battle type: Deathmatch, best of 3. double elimination
#4 - No realistic rule
#5 - Arena to be used: Metal Skull!
#6 - No BFE, AAM, or ANY outside game modifications are allowed
#7 - All in-game glitches except Hax mode are allowed.
#8 - All bot types allowed
#9 - No multibots
#10 - 16 entrants
#11 - Tournament will not start until brackets are filled or three months have passed, whichever comes first.
#12 - After three months, the remaining slots will be bye entries.
#13 - Nobody can be entered until a bot is received and accepted
#14 - No upgrades
#15 - 1 restart for havok per bot for the entire tournament.

Special rules:
1:No razors, iron spikes, or maces. That stuff is too overpowered.
2:No small wedges. Emergency wedge is fine.
3:All bots must be painted with bright pastel colors. Why? 'cause I said so you smurf.\

OK, I foresee Axe head/Ice pick rammers. Bear Claw HSs and possibly some unusual popups. But the arena doesn't help wedges.

Bear claws outlawed. :D Probably maces instead.

Seems we both missed parts of the rules. So no AI weapons, no maces, irons or razors...

Only the four most commonly used components are explicitly outlawed. Razors, Irons, Maces, and Small Wedges. I actually forgot bear claws existed. if enough people want and G.K. let's me, I'd allow them, since they're pretty awesome and slightly harder to use effectively than maces and such.
Oh, and I forgot to specify single or double elimination. Way to not catch that G.K.

You did forbid all AI components except the Wedge and Snapper. If you want to allow all AI components, I'll turn a blind eye, just change it quickly. Ensure to clarify the long 140cm square extender.

All AI parts except SII, Emergency, and Claw aren't allowed then? 'Cause the rest of them really aren't that overused, I wouldn't even say the 140cm extender.
