JB How far away is my match from being filmed, My original idea had 2 burt motors with one weapon and one had armour, I didn't know we could use more than so I just went with 1 and entered that garbage:smiley:. Is there time for me to slap on another burst motor real quick with some armour.(my original idea). Nary I'm not sure what you mean by DSL, I'm a 100% sure all the parts are stock. Edit: I'm not going to change my weapons because I don't want people to think O viper looked at the bots and now wants to change his whole bot around so he  can win the tourney or do better, I just wanted to remove the static side armour and put it on another burst  motor:-D.

they are basically AI'd to accelerate as soon as the match starts and not stop at any point...some use left right controls but most can just use weight distribution

(1) You might try lowering both the friction and elasticity to '0' on the center dividing wall in the gmf. Should help bots 'slide' instead of 'bounce' off the center wall.
(2) May I look at your AI.py?

Yes they are, but Stock sledgehammers are worthless on a horizontal spinner. What i meant is even if sledges are great in DSL, they suck on stock.

Can't really blame you since you're a pure DSLer, but just saying.

Ha ,Didn't even have to remake it I had it saved the whole time:smiley:. This was my first version but I was unsure about the amount of Burst motors sense I was going of the first House bot made by JB as an example of what to make. As you can see the only difference is the one I sent in had 2 sledje hammers and 2 hammerheads as a tail for balance and 2 static ramplates. This one  has an extra Burst motor with 2 ramplates and a snowplow. This one is less stable but I feel a whole better with the movable armour:evil:. So JB it's really up to you;). @ Nary lol Ya I didn't know sledje hammers suck in stock as you can tell I don't play stock much, I guess we will see how good the hammers are against Trumpet.

Black Knight - Really cool bot has good defense and offense, on of my Top 5.

Black Bull - I like the weapon setup:smiley:, I wonder if the axes will block the target good. Top 5

Bloodbird - One word FAIL.

Nerdicus, the Scholar - hmm looks slow and the weapon dosent look long enough and no armour, I should take the win depnding on if I can send in my first version with the 2 burst motors in but even if I can't I still feel pretty confident:evil:.

Scott the Hard - Another epicfail01 bot from LRA2 what a suprised;). I honsetly think the house bots are a better opponet than this lol.

Excessive - Good weapons. not sure how  good the drive is but still think it will do well. Top 5

Fred The Fast. Looks really fast and would be hard to hit the target. I like the concept:smiley:.

Raptor Knight - Very well built Good Defense and Offense. Top 5.

Sideshow Freak - My jaw dropped when I seen this bot:eek:, it has no armour and the extender is exposed but when all those razors fall onto a bot would those things really matter;). Top 5

Sir Fangsalot - Another fail IMO, but you won the first round so congratz:approve:. But chances are you won't make it past the 2nd

Sir Robin The Brave - well built but the weapons weren't long enough, Tough loss.

The Knight Slayer - Version I sent, Come to find out the hammers are suspect because according to some people they suck on HS but I have some side armour so it might do okay. Version I want to send, Weapons setup is still suspect but with the movable armour I think it will be much better but still not sure if I can switch it so Idk.

Vicious Chicken of Bristol - I think if you didn't put those extenders with icepicks on it and was more stable then it woulden't have been a fail in IMO. Congratz on round 1 win:smiley:.

Lava Monster - I actually like this bot, it's average and it will prolly out score most people bots with all the iron spikes.

Suicide - Now that I looked in your showcase and seen how it works I'm still not sure, what if you land on the enemys weapon when the bot launches, other than that it very well built.

Backwards Bob - The sad thing is it's better than a couple of people bots:lol: .

(1) I might need to call tech support.... which is you for that one, will give it a try anyway :P

(2) err.. there is no custom .py for this one I just used omni with some cleaver control wiring :P they work fine they just keep on accelerating after the match which people then think they are out of control, the only issue I was having is the drop distance is increased when using the large smartzones

but all in all its just a bit of fun while I work on CC3 its not ment to be a serious tournament

as for the grudge matches... there will be another bracket after the main one which I guess is like the losers bracket but Im calling it the consolation bracket which every competitor but the final 2 will be in it, and you will enter at the point you were knocked out (... like BBEANS)

Backwards Bob has been withdrawn as for some reason bounces when it hits the floor flipping itself over (it seriously never did that yesterday when I AI'd it)

Failious then took its place and after filming 36 jousts between it and pwnator one ONE match they made contact :-(

so either play around with some AI to reduce Failious's speed so its not to fast for Sideshow Freak or just leave it with one joust

its not so much that it sucks its just rather slow, by the time it gets going Failious's bursts retracts before it can make impact.. it also doesnt help that Failious has a short reach.. given its a house robot I might just make it a 1 joust match
