Beater bars. Nuff said.

My thoughts exactly...

EDIT: As long as Meat Tenderizer's are okay, my bot is fine. Queen Calypso is on it's way.

Yeah, I've had a lot of free time to build something decent today XD

I was going to try and build a real flipper (pistons and hinges) but its proves more difficult then I thought lol

Yeah, piston flippers are hard... maybe impossible in stock (atleast competently) , but with a Storm pistom, maybe a little doable in DSL...

Anyone notice that it states no where in the rules that the bot must follow the rules of realism?
Any comments would be appreciated. :D

With the very tournament name acronym translating to "In Real Life", I think that's a given.

Watch out for those Canadian bots... they are pretty mean.

Entry Sent.  Hope it is realistic enough. It was actually kinda hard to focus on building something that does not exploit some of the perks that DSL building allows.

But, it should be ok. I even added sponsors.  :P

Double Post... Registration ends at the end of November.

How come people are not interested in this tourney?  It seems like a fun/easy DSL trip.  Some of you guys probably could make really awesome bots that would qualify for this.

Come on! You can do it!

I guess I'll give this one a try. I'm horrible at DSL, but I'm sure I could get something running by the end of November.

In hindsight, i'm gonna keep the bot i entered. I don't think i can get it as good without replica parts unfortunatly.
