*Spinning weapons on a SnS are allowed as long as they are positioned outside the chassis.
Example of a robot that breaks this rule? Does this basically mean only the spinning weapons can't pass through the chassis, or the tribar/disc, too?
Spin Cycle 2 would be an example of a bot that breaks the rule.

HS/SnS hybrid (if the bot spins with the weapon):

People should now know the difference between a SnS and a HS/SnS hybrid for my tournaments. Basically if it looks like this kind of HS and acts like a SnS it's a hybrid. The weakness of a SnS should be it's exposed weapon/drive motors.

Oh, then I think you want to say "as long as the weapon motors are positioned outside the chassis" or just "No HS that behave as an SnS".

Indeed, re-worded the rule:

*Spinning weapons on a SnS are allowed as long as the spinning weapon motors are positioned outside the chassis.

I highly doubt they will fill up that fast, it'll probably take some people 2 weeks to get their entries in based on the time it took people to get their ARBBC entries in.

You could always make an Evo-bot for one of the bots you already have like stratocaster or MPGW.

I don't want to thwart the fun, so there will be no "team MIDF" or "team THEY CAME FROM THE SECRET FOLDER" from me.  :laughing However, I still can't come up with a good idea, so my entering could be not soon.

Just make sure they all use the same theme and the evolutions seem Pokemon-esque. Don't just name them MiDF LW, MiDF MW, MiDF HW or anything like that.

Sadly, I'm too old to know, what that Pokemon sh** is. But don't worry, I will be more creative with the names. My offer for you to post a pic of CN was serious, since only I have such a bot for now, do you want me to make a screenshot of it for you? (some wanting to enter newbies may not know about this bot, so it's a good idea)

It's basically picking an item or something and going from weak to strong with different names all based on that type of object. I don't see how any noobs are going to build a bot like Cheap Norris so there's no need for a pic.

So it's like the opposite of ARBBC... instead of all bots being different, they must all be the same.

im really hoping nobody just takes the easy route and make a 9HS/18HS/36HS combo.

If they do, and if I can manage to make a LW popup/rammer hybrid that doesn't fail horribly, they will have to deal with Cold Spell, Cold Snap, and Cold Front 3.

I really want to enter Cold Snap and Cold Front but that LW is going to be a pain to build.   :rage

Question:  Can a non-hybrid "evolve" into a hybrid?  Like if I had a LW wammer, and MW and HW popup/wammers.  There is precedence in Pokemon... (Trapinch > Vibrava > Flygon, for one).

To lack feeling is to be dead, but to act on every feeling is to be a child.

It needs to contain as many features as possible at least visually, for a rammer/popup you could place wamming razors on the top of the bot. This would give it the illusion of it evolving and learning to use those razors, but to answer your question more precisely a non-hybrid can evolve into a hybrid.

You'll have until the deadline to update it, if you can't update it before then you'll be replaced by the next person to submit a full legal team.
