Actually i think it's unfair if you to AI only 10 bots, and everyone else has to do their bot's bindings. Because you'll certainly AI the 10 bots well, whereas we, all the others, can fail. That means the bots AIed by you will have an unfair advantage.

I would be for a tournament where everyone must AI their bot, if you can't/don't want to AI them all. It would be fun.

And of course if you AI your bot before, you can test it on AI vs AI. As the tournament. And THIS is an advantage too.

Ok. As to resolve this issue altogether. You guys deserve a chance to have a say in this as Nar explained.

And since I have more time than i thought... I will do everyones AI. Even though I thought it would be interesting to see what everyone comes up with, I forgot that not everyone is familiar with python. Apologies everyone. However, this means that I am not responsible for a bots failure in a match if its too complex. Just keep me in mind when you send it <3

So far Somebody and phil sent me their bots. I will also AI them so no worries there either.

I think that wraps up the rules for now

Who would agree that I should do everyones AI?

No, this is part of the fun. Ok to help those who really don't know,  but trying to AI our bot is a good way to learn about.

Why not opening a thread 'help me to AIed my bot' where people shows  picture of their bot  and other ones respond. If they do not want to show their real 'battle bot' they can make a similar one to show off.

I mean I already changed my post saying that I will AI everyone's bot if they want. If you still want to do it yourself its fine with me. I was sensing some tension from some people saying that it wouldn't be fair for those who don't know how.

HOWEVER... The next tournament will use the only 10 Auto AI rule that I mentioned some time ago. Seriously, we should learn how to edit .py files.

As I have said in red on the first page.

"BATTERIES, BASEPLATE ANCHORS, CONTROL BOARDS, AND ANY THING THAT ISN'T ON AN EXTENDER CANNOT BE MOVED IN ANY OF YOUR BOTS ONCE YOU PLACE THEM, SO BE CAREFUL! "

Even if it's attached to an extender?
Put this onto your signature if you were part of this crappy fad in '03.

If it is attached to something on a baseplate extender, it is fine. If you just placed it on the chassis, you cannot move it.
