6 bots with Hazcon's drive, plus i'm fighting a Hazcon clone... how ironic.

Visibly the best built are Somebody's, Urjak's and Click's. Reier had the potential to pwn them all but ruined everything with a plastic skirt hinge wedge.

Err... In BBEANS 4, there were 4 bots with "HazCon's drive." You talk about it like you're some kind of crazy innovationalist.

Also, I think Phil's is good. Sage's is kind of a wildcard. It could do really well, or fail hard.

What about the ant batts then ?

Okay, i'm going to give my opinions on all the bots...

Widowmaker: Fast drive, low ground clearance and the lowest snapper wedges of all make this bot the most suited to this fight IMO. However i would have used longer wedges.

Punisher: Slow drive and no wedges is dangerous on a tabletop.

HR-E: This reminds me of HazCon (wedges and rear stabilizer). Looks like a decent bot, but it will fall to the snapper wedges.

Equal & Opposite: Another average bot... static wedges won't help this rather than burst wedges.

BLEVE: WTF ?? Absolutely messy bot with complex wedges, these are not my favorites, but they look good. Third best built IMO. Plus, it's Click.

Li-ewl Terrier: Another average bot. Flipper looks too heavy and wedges are classic... flippers are better with their weapons (burst wedges) touching the ground.

Arcarsenal: Wedge is strange. I'm not a fan of side wedges because they can reduce the effectiveness of front ones. However, it's R0B0's bot.

Skirmish 3: I realize i could have made this with snapper wedges... I fear i won't get far with this.

The Devil's Lime 2: Looks like a well built bot and the second best built IMO. Is that a pusher?

Wallop: Ungrippy wheels and big chassis won't help this bot. However it has snapper wedges, making it superior to many other bots.

Wegi: Really high snapper wedges makes this the worst of all snapper wedged bots. However, these are still snapper wedges.

Dune Buggy: I fear that no wedges will be this bot's downfall.

Zapper 8.5: That bot could be one of the best, but the skirt hinge wedge reduce greatly the wedginess of it. It's pretty well built other than that.

Razor III: The bot has potential. However, really high wedges and ungrippy wheels will go against it.

Spawn of Francium: How original. It could have good wedges if done well, though. Probably one of the best skirt hinged wedges here.

Titanium Chicken: No wedges. I can picture this losing horribly to the flippers.

Table-Top: An unusual bot for a tabletop, however i can figure this going OOTA easily when hitting another bot.

Can't wait for the next!

Nice, the first bots !
a quick point of view :

Widowmaker, Skimrish 3,  the Devil's Lime  and Spawn of Francium  seems to be the most likeky to win  tabletop. good wedge, quick.
which one is the best to avoid side attack ? i don't know, but once the first head clash is past , this factor is determining .

DuneBuggy, Table top and Arcarsenal look quiet original, maybe  a strange AI will surprise us ? anyway, i like these ‘never seen before – bots’

Li-ewl Terrier (what a name ! in memory of a  girl friend ? ) and equal n Opposite use the same burst motor, but the 'too long' extenders of condor's bot may weaken it.  As i’ll meet Li-Ewl on my first match, i hope i will get on its side, its large platinium  plate may break it hope of escaping …

Bleve is not as strange as the previous bots of ClickB. Maybe the strangeness will come on the others match.

I'm surprised  of the chassis of Wallop: it seems very big and, as far as i'm concerned, i was not expecting that From Whamet

Punisher has no wedge but a very wide zone of influence (with its two snow plow) mounted on a piston ,  with the luck that each one needs on tabletop, it may do weel. But why a so small ‘smart zone ?’ error in AI-ing ?

HR-E looks to be one of the most compact bot, this mean : 1/ will shoud see expose motors on the other tournments : 2/ there may be a large amount of free weight for weapons.

Wegi : Those wheels are here to make the bot invertible aren't they ? but smaller wheels and burst motor  as Srimech should have done as well, i think. Still a compact bot too.

Tit Chicken : snow plow on piston, wedge no long enough (bottom is protected by tinanium) , well not the best bot  here, but  the hexplate that appears on the picture is a certainly a promise of mean mean things fot the other matchs.

Zapper :  2 burst motor in front of a well exposed chassis, mounted on small wheels , a strange way to attach the half-titanium plate : i feel little perplexed !  Particulary when i admit the way it can be changer in a killer bot as Reir shows us in its thread

Zapper VIII:
.  I should have not mod it this way.

I can't win this tabletop with my wedges.

But i'll see about the deathmatch and KotH ones... won't be as many wedges and less snapper ones.

Also the most compact is definitely Punisher.

I've fought Equal and Opposite online, and those are pretty good wedges (I think there hinged), but it is a very fast bot, so it could fling itself off.

I will put out my predictions for the tabletop Round 1 later.
I built that big robot on that TV show that time

On the flipside of this, I've fought Widowmaker, and I must say that you do  NOT want to be on those wedges. They do not toss you, rather they put you into a forced backflip. If you're not invertible, you're screwed, because by the time you self right you're in the pit.

I think Dune Buggy is an intentional Spinner from the West. He'd be way too fast and too jerky to do much of anything. And as previously stated, Click's but scares me.
Avoid the beam and you won't get hit!

Hey Gig, did the bot I sent you have a smartzone, or did you just take it off for the splash?

> Phil, what do you mean "I should have not mod it this way"?

> As I said before, TDL2 has good wedges, better than mine. (Urjee & I fight online once in a while, so I found out.)

Oh Urjak.......remember this..?*cough*blackmail*cough*...

..JK.

EDIT: *whacks self in face* AH, MAN! Niether entry had a smartzone! DX It'd be unfair if I sent it in again.

From the back of the bot, i should not have put those extenders but just an aluminium skirt like HR-E : you bot does not seem invertible.
On the front, i should have try to do something with skirt more than this small wedge, but maybe you were right ...

I think it should be unfair not to allow you to add smart zone  and the same for any bot that should have forget them : The fun is to fight dangerous bot, not  to kill harmless ones.

I'm pretty sure the drive doesn't even line up. Fast and jerky might be the least of its problems.

Of all the bots I could have faced, I get the one with no wedge but better drive. I have better grip, so I might live.

Don't Underestimate a Smashbox clone, guys. It has gotten consistant OOTA's. (I hope it has been Ai'd right though, those wheels are for better self righting.

Tabletop predictions time!!

Wallop! (WhamettNuht) vs. The Devil's Lime 2 (Urjak)
Winner:The Devil's Lime 2
Why: Better wedges and better drive

BLEVE (Clickbeetle) vs. Byebot (Bye)
Winner: BLEVE
Why: Its a byebot

Razor III (philetbabe) vs. Li-ewl Terrier (Gigafrost
Winner: Razor III
Why: Razor has axle wedges, which beat Gig's normal wedges.

Table-Top (Sage) vs. Zapper 8.5 (Reier)
Winner: Table-Top
Why: Table-top is going to be hard to push while spinning.

Wegi (System32) vs. Byebot (Bye)
Winner: Wegi
Why: Its a byebot!

Punisher (somestrangeguy) vs. ????? (man manu)
Winner: Punisher
Why: Because man manu's bot isn't even there yet, and this will be changed if it comes

Equal & Opposite (Condor33) vs. Byebot (Bye)
Winner: Equal & Opposite
Why: ITS A BYEBOT!!!!11!!!1!

Widowmaker (Somebody) vs. Dune Buggy (Scrap Daddy)
Winner: Widowmaker 3
Why: ITS A DUNE BUGGY!!!!11!!!1!

Arcarsenal (R0B0SH4RK) vs. Byebot (Bye)
Winner: Arcarsenal
Why: Do I even need to say it. (btw what is that plate Robo?)

Skirmish 3 (Naryar) vs. Spawn of Fracium (H@zm47)
Winner: Skirmish 3
Why: The initial hit might flip them (with similar wedges), and SoF can't self-right, also, Skirmish's wedges look real good

Titanium Chicken (MetalikVyper) vs. HR-E (R1185)
Winner:  HR-E
Why: Titanium Chicken will ride right up the wedges, and get up on top of the side plows

Possible Champions:
Widowmaker

BLEVE
Zapper 8.5

Possible Dark horses:
Table-Top
Razor III
Equal & Opposite

Somebody, i beg to differ on Reier VS Sage and Wham VS Urjak.

Although Urjak's bot is faster and probably better built, Wham has snapper wedges. And my best snapper wedged bot (HnM 3) had no problems going under Mako, Smashbox 2, and nearly all the RAW bots.

And the only one that gave me trouble was Lousy Launcher.
