I think the whole noobs vs pros thing is causing too much debate and it should be changed to a generic tournament or maybe another creative idea if you can think of one Avalanche.

Just get Paint.NET or Photoshop portable for doing skinning and stuff like that. (I say portable because it's MUCH easier to obtain)
