'Swiss army bots' are bots with different weapon systems that can be changed for particular match-ups. Tornado is an RL example.

Ro7 break was made by Serge and it breaks the rule of 7, a rule which limits how many components you can attach in a row.

I want to emphasize,
"All components on the outside of the chassis" includes those that stick out. Even if they are attached to the baseplate.
