That's lazy, but I see you used the phone for the topic icon... so if you did use a phone it's understandable. But still a little lazy.

(The above was intended to be the first reply, but I was beat to it. And things were explained.)

Best Built: Triceratops. Starcore's creations usually have so little usable empty you couldn't fit a pea in there. While the weapon setup isn't optimal, the chassis sure as heck looks like it, and that's more important. With some tweaks, perhaps even a WBWAPS spike row, it'd kick far more ass. Atleast I think so.
Most Unlucky: Sheer Death. One more second and it would of won the whole damn thing.

Best Built: The choices are hard, and I'm not giong to look at the winners, but 5 year old arsonist gets my vote. It is basically Sarcore's bot 1-upped.

Most Unlucky: Avoiding the finals again (Because you have to be lucky and/or good to get into the finals, silly!) I choose to take a flamebait option and vote for ChewCube as most unlucky. In this weightclass, Chewblades are risky, yet a good investment, and I think we should try to avoid this component. (Before you say the suck, I'll state they have an uneven GMF, and as such work similerly like the flail shell spinners of DSL. This is why they are useful, as Chewcube was seconds away from a KO, before the match ended.)
Put this onto your signature if you were part of this crappy fad in '03.

is Best Built and Favorite the same category ?

Best Built - im going to go with Pwn's Degausser, there are other HS robots in this tournament but this one looks more compact then the others, it would have taken devoted time and effort to put into it.

Unlucky - may as well be named the 090901 Award, its so obvious. we all learned a valuable lesson about the upsides and downsides of 1 wheel robots

A lot of effort? Yes. But a lot of time devoted to it? I only spent 5 minutes on it (which is why the skin sucks). :P

Anyhoo...

Unluckiest Bot - Sheer Death. Ummm... yeah. XD
Clash Cubes 1 - Grey Matter (Runner-Up)
King of Karnage - Sideshow Freak (Runner-Up, Best Engineered)
Rust In Pieces - Paper Cut 3 (Grand Champion, Most Dangerous Bot)
Wheely Tag Tournament - Ion Thruster (Grand Champion, along with Ounces' DiSemboweLment)
UK vs USA - Dark Striker (Grand Champion)

Thanks for the nice words on Triceratops.

Most did not seem to understand its design. The front weapon was chosen for having twice the HP of a Razor Tip, Same Damage, and wide enough to protect the connector behind it.

Designed for ramming with side Razor Tips to protect wheels and scrap on drive by attacks.

In lots of testing it got past and defeated bots that had various versions of 3 razor tips to the front.

I do admit I designed Triceratops to fight 1:1 for 3 minute battles and win against most Antweight Designs.
