Accidently opened them up in the wrong order and got a bit of spoilers, also I see the video was split into separate battles now?

That moment when the Emergency wedge gets under the other wedge but not under the chassis one.
I really want to code a smarter AI after seeing how it drives directly into the blade box, Aquarius did nice in the first round and seeing that second round victory was good.
Round 3 was basically a repeat of Round 2, but I think Thrack should've won this one.
The next battle is the one I accidently got spoiled.
Like expected, the supports were gone but thanks to the way the tribars spin it did get in the required hits.
Also it got stuck against the box AGAIN... need to write better custom AI some day.
Ugh, the second fight was almost mine if it wasn't for caster armor/bot getting flipped over. Kinda expected something like this to happen.
Probably would've won the 3rd one if the supports didn't break off.
Spinner took out the clusterbot, sadly it was only a one round thing and being upside down really helped.

Another Spinner fight, this time against the most havoky one in the entire tournament. Plows are gone after one hit and the AI keeps shuffling forward. Oh come on, out of all the ways it could've gone out this happened?(again, should've kept that in mind when building the bot, thought that spikeball mode would send it out but not like this).

Not too much hope in that HS, it will most likely get flipped or destroyed, any second now... Whoa, that was surprising, but it was mostly thanks to being upside down and if that one weapon wasn't ripped off it could've easily ended that match. Was worried about getting pushed into the BBeans Blade near the end as my bot had a difficult time hitting the wedges but it finished the fight just in time. Poor Thrack I think he should've earned this one.
Sad that it was a one round only battle, would've loved to see how it did in a second and third round, because I doubt that it would get flipped out like that 3 times.

Bad built spinner vs a master spinner, no chance, thought that the first hit would maybe flip it out. But the Havok did! Again another fight it probably shouldn't have earned.

So it's either fighting Aquarius and the best spinner of this tournament here or in the finals, doubt that this thing can win both. Well looks like it's going to be Aquarius.
Not having big chances again because my spinner is nowhere near to the ground as that.

Looked like I'd have a chance but then Ra2's physics decided to throw me out of the arena.

Well, good luck, it was a somewhat successful tournament for me, however I would've found it even better if both bots didn't lose in such ways and if the spinner went out earlier instead of getting some lucky wins(and once again being another HS that gets far in the tournament). Will there be extra battles?

I didn't know about this parameter and the AI guide didn't say it was needed either. Really should do something against that next time but I think I'd be better of writing my own AI that avoids going over other bots.

I was hoping that Mr As would win this one, even if I wanted to prove the "eh, Mr As will win this one" people wrong, so that we wouldn't have a generic spinner winning(say what you want about the ram rack, but this was still a normal spinner, except that it's probably the best optimized one, having anti wedge spinners, caster armor and a high amount of bear claws(probably is a 36 HS as well?). Congratulations to Squirrel_Monkey for winning.

Thanks for putting the ranks at the end, else I would've wondered how good the VS was.

3rd with a bad? HS(I guess the extra reliability helped?) and 5/6th(6th if you go with Robot Wars' reboot system) with the VS. Personally would've liked it more if they were swapped or if the HS went out earlier.
Funny how all the similar popups ended up in the same group.
3 Spinners in the top 4, Boto's popup was the best out of all of them and Goldminer got further than I thought.

Also, too late now but I never got the google spreadsheet hover thing to work. Would mark the text but since it's read only I can't really do that. Maybe it would've been better to add a new page with spoilers next time?
Well, that was a good tournament, thanks for doing it, but next time please add all the rules to the main post so that everything is clear from the start and maybe make the best of rounds more consistent, so that the entire thing is best of 3 or only best of 1.

Cool, I knew that bot would win something when I got round to entering it. (It's maybe 3 years old). It's my take on the "best all round HS". Although I admit it does lack top armour hammers tend not to be too common. I guess I never had to face a quality popup so not sure how it would fare against them either.
