I believe the multibot elimination rule was altered for Extreme II and Series 7. I think it had already been changed in America, but RW were kinda slow to follow up.

Actually, they'd changed it when they realised that Typhoon Twins was competing in the Middleweight Tourney. After that, they changed it back in Series 7- that's why Black and Blue went out after one of them went into the pit, yet Typhoon Twins got away with it in the MWs.
