45-70 Magnum - Cool, and it should have a decent run, but the Pure HS's will trouble it.

Absolute Chaos - Basically the original Pure HS. Rammers and certain popups might be a problem.

Acupuncture - It's drive is powerful enough to give many HS's difficulty, but it has few weapons for a HW rammer.

Anti-Christ - Exposed motors and most of it's weapons may never contact an enemy. Won't last too long.

Big Flip's Revenge - A couple of solid MW's could give Rammers, VS's and Popups some trouble, but a HS will easily kill them.

Black Cat Magic - No wedge, exposed front chassis, and only 8 maces as well as weak drive. Won't do well.

Blood Shed - The best Rammer IMO. Might have a good run if it's lucky, or it might be out quickly.

Bounty Hunter - One of the top bots, but few weapons might be this bot's one downfall.

Bumble Bee - GHEEEEYYYY

Cardiac Arrest - Second-best Rammer. See: Blood Shed.

Chernobyl - Another Pure HS. It should do just as good as AC.

Cocytus - A very good Juggler. If it's wedges are good, it should do just fine.

Constant / Vowel - The S&S is decent, but the rammer isn't that good. I don't think they will do well.

Copyright Infringement - Nice name, but it has exposed extenders and less weaponry than the elite HS's.

Crawl Through Knives - Might be better than Cocytus. Then again, it might not.

Dark July - Lots of weapons, but slow.

Death Dealer - About as much weaponry as Little Darling had, but a larger chassis. Popups and Rammers should beat it.

DGSG? / IDR,ODI? - I can see it giving some bots problems. I can also see if failing hard.

'Eavy Metal Boi - The worst rammer IMO. Not enough weapons, and a huge chassis.

Gears Your Lever - Same story as the rest of the multibots, but I think it's design makes it more vulnerable.

Generic Rammer - WHADDYA KNOW, I HAVE ONE JUST LIKE IT! And it's not that good...

Grinnin Face - Too few weapons, too large a chassis.

Gut Ripper 2 - Not actually a Gut-Ripper, but it might win a match or two.

Heaven's Sawmill - The coolest bot in the tourney, hands down, but I don't think it'll be in the top 5.

Hellbringer - Basically, a slightly better version of SCv1.0's Billy Goats Gruffiest. Not enough weapons, drive, or wedginess to go far.

Insult to Injury V - Spinner From the West.

Juggernaut MK 3 - HUGE chassis, and not enough wepons in any one spot.

Mace in da Face - Well built, poorly designed. Any popup can rip those tribars to shreds.

Mjorhmei - The old Orbital Delivery Vehicle, without the orbital delivery.

No Hype 5 - If those E-wedges are effective, it might be decent. Phil is a buch better innovator than builder though.

Oscillation Overthruster - Brittle weapons, exposed extenders, big chassis, but it might still win a match or two.

PitA 8 - It's chassis wedge looks pitiful, and it looks to have few razors. Still well-built.

R4 - SCREW DEFENSE. My 1-hit KO bot. With 20 razors, it's average match time is less than 10 seconds (win or lose).

Red Radar - Spinner from the West.

Revenge of Dr. Wham - Looks to be to slow and unable to self-right.

Sand Storm - Cool looking, but no real effective weaponry.

Seism 13 - Popup wise, it looks to be the polar opposite of R4.

Shock Therapy - It's weapons are too high to be a threat to anything. It'll be a quick finish for this one.

Spearhead - Quite a good bot. It could go far.

Stratocaster - Also a good piston rammer, I think it could do better than Spearhead.

Surgical Strike - Another defenseless popup, I fear that this one won't have enough power to kill bots fast enough to overcome its lack of armour.

T-800 Terminator - This should be one of the favourites.

The Baby Warrior - Not quite Spinner from the West, but close to that territory.

The Black Plague - Lots of weapons, but they all look like they're in useless positions on the spinners.

The Emancipator - A pretty generic VS, it should lose to quite a few HS's, even though it's decently built.

The Fang Brothers - My favourite multibot, it won't do well though. Not enough weaponry for even a LW rammer.

Three Kings - Not sure about the weapons placement.

Triple Play - Pretty bad. Shouldn't last long.

Trojan Horse - Exposed extenders and questionable wedge.

Tsunami - Spinner from the West.

Shadow Tyrant - I'm really not sure about E-wedges.

Vela - A decent HS. That drive system worries me, especially with many multibots.

Veteran Destroyer - Built to give spinners problems, I can see it pulling a few upsets.

I am always rated to do very well in tournaments then end up sucking. Thats just what I've come to expect at this point. Looking forward to it, but not getting my hopes up.

My favorites right now are Heaven's Sawmill and Bounty Hunter, mostly for looking completely awesome. I also love the clone of strat, I must say I'm flattered. I also have a version that looks almost exactly the same as that xD

Restart for the predictions.

45-70 Magnum: Well it's well built, but kinda slow for a FS. I can see this getting shredded by the horde of HS right there.

Absolute Chaos: The epitomy of the pure HS. Not exactly my favorite because it's a pure HS (no offense to Inf) but still one of the potential winners here.

Acupuncture: Totally generic rammer. Not badly built - wish the wedge was longer though.

Anti-Christ V.Pincer: Messssssy HS. 18 irons isn't a lot on a HW.

Big Flip's Revenge: Well I nearly entered a multibot popup too... Looks decent. Wish the wedge was longer. Going to get raped by the first decent HS encountered.

Black Cat Magic: Nice name, nice paintjob but poor bot with very slow drive and too few weapons. Will fail hard unless against a noob.

Blood Shed: A decent rammer with a good weapon choice. However the Katanas could hamper mobility, and again wish the wedge was longer.

Bounty Hunter: It's a popup... and made by the resident popup master. I can see him losing to the heavily weaponed horizontal spinners though. One of my favs.

Bumble Bee: I'm going to call this Cheap Win 3000 for all the tourney.

Cardiac Arrest: The best of the rammers here. Awesome name, cool looks, really well built. One of my favorites.

Chernobyl: AC wannabe, with less coolness. Still a 36 mace. We'll see how it fares.

Cocytus IV: Juggler. Jugglers own, and Scrap is one of the best Stock builders we have. Might see against the pure HS however.

Consonant/Vowel: A multibot with a SnS and no wedges is a BAD idea against a heavyweight. It MIGHT get a few wins but it's much more of somethin that will get raped to me.

Copyright Infringement: I LOL'd at the name. Near-pure HS, will see how it fares...

Crawl Through Knives v4.2: Another NWB clone. I think the discs ould be better perfectly horizontal. Nice name.

Dark July: I love the name. I hope the overwhelming number of weapons on that pusher makes up for the drive train sacrifice...

Death Dealer: I don't even think this is better than Little Darling. Was expecting more from MNB.

DGSG/IDRODI: Not too bad of a multibot. As always will get raped against a HS, but might win against several of the rammers.

'Eavy Metal Boi: Nothing attractive on that bot. A poor rammer/poker that could get a few wins if it faces the SFTW's.

gears your lever: Probably would be better with maces... Fury is MUCH MORE better than this.

Generic Rammer: Pinks = fail. Chassis could be lighter. An average rammer.

grinnin face: This is what happens when you know the right techniques to build a HS but when you can't apply them... Plus the bot is ugly and the name has nothing attractive.

Gut Ripper 2: A less than average shell spinner, but not a SFTW. RADs and miniwheels on a HW = fail, and the weapon head setup needs to be rotated 90°. Might get one or two wins though. And nothing close to a gut ripper...

Heaven's Sawmill: Yeah, it's a good bot, but not an unstoppable killer because of low speed. I can see these wedges being munched away by a HS and then the bot will suck without wedges.

Hellbringer: Not too bad of a FS, but critically misses a wedge and faster drive.

Insult to Injury V:

?

Nice paintjob though.

Juggernaut Mk. 3: A nice paintjob for a really crappy rammer that won't last long, with weak weapons and exposed chassis.

Mace in da face: Another AC (original version's) clone. Name could really be more attractive, though it's a 36 mace HS and as that a dangerous bot.

Mjorhmei: SCv4a's Orbital Delivery Vehicle... but weapons = fail.

No Hype 5: Credit to Phil for building the only true popup of the tournament, but the damage will be drastically low. Are 2 DDT's and 4 HPZ drive enough to send bots OOTA? We'll see.

Oscillation Overthruster: Not too bad of a HS. Half hitpoints however...

PitA 8: It's a good popup, goes under NWB most of the time, however it is prone to losing weapons easily (even with 8 razors) and it always does that against a HS. I don't share Click's enthusiasm on my bot.

R4: No armor is a risky bet even with a LOT of firepower. Can't see this fairing well.

Red Radar: Poorly built vertical spinner will get destroyed by any decent bot it is pitted against.

Revenge of Dr. Wham: Probably a popup or wammer... but A 2WD ONE ??? While not too bad of a bot, it won't get far.

SandStorm: Nice name, original design, but i can't see this as really combat worthy with an Emergency wedge that high and axes on spinners = not the best choice.

Seism 13: I MORE THAN LOVE THAT PAINTJOB. Also credit to FB for building an original wedge design... we'll see if the weight used on the linear actuators is worth it.

Shock Therapy: 12 razors on a HW HS= you're doing it wrong. Very wrong.

Spearhead: A good poker, though i don't like the lack of wedges and these black extenders could be too exposed.

Stratocaster: Not bad of a rammer/poker hybrid, but any popup/juggler will probably eat this alive.

SurgicalStrike: Same as R0B0's bot but not as good. We will see if weapon overload is a good tradeoff for less armor...

T-800 Terminator: Starcore knows what he's entering. More than probably going to fair well in that tournament.

The Baby Warrior: Second SFTW of the tournament ! An failure of a rammer/hammer hybrid. Not horrible though.

the black plague: Complex spinner with failed weapon heads. Will get destroyed against any good rammer.

The Emancipator: Could have been so easy to switch the discs to extenders and get irons for the central spinners...

The Fang Brothers: Failure of a multibot. That's all.

Three Kings: Its cool, but the combat efficiency of this horizontal spinner is kind of limited.

Triple Play: If the previous combat efficiency was kind of limited, this one is amazingly low. Another of the poorly built bots.

Trojan Horse: 61kg on a DDT ?? Overall, an average popup that can still get wins.

Tsunami: Fodder and an insult to popups, if this can even qualify as a popup (from the West).

Shadow Tyrant: Nice name. Not sure about double stacked emergency wedges though...

Vela: Another generic HS. Drive attachment setup is a failure. Not bad overall.

Vetearn Destroyer: A hammer/rammer hybrid without wedges... and i bet that could have been built with shinies. Not too bad of a bot but won't get far.

we should have a SFTW award seeing there's a few this time :P

my robot isn't great, as i have said before the wedge isn't on a burst motor or anything and the weapons could be better.. it'll be fun to watch though, and i know if it faces Anti-Christ V.Pincer the match could go either way (depending on havoks, which will be ACVP's downfall).

If this was the combat arena, Bumble Bee would not lose. Because of that, I would not have not entered it. I entered bumble bee for three reasons:

1. It's original, so it fits my rule for tourneys.

2. It can lose to bots other than the favorites like HS and popups. For example, it will beat AC but will could lose to Red Radar. Makes for an interesting tournament.

3. It has the possibility of winning. Almost every tournament I've entered, I wasn't really focused on winning. But this is BBEANS, and this is Stock HW. I had to enter something good.

Also, I swear bumble bee is not homosexual.
You got my vote for RA2 Wizard. Always and forever.

Can everyone tell from my entry why I stick with DSL?

It is a pain in the ass for me to make something good enough for a tournament like this because I don't know how to use all of the glitches and techniques that everyone else uses.

And I prefer the more realistic designs of DSL.

those plows are overlapping so you know how to use 1 of the glitches.. and that one is the most important. you could have stacked weapons instead of plows >.>

I just had a look at some of my bots predictions.
Its a pop-up powered by 2 HP-Ztek, and the small wedges are conected to 2 DDT bursts, hopefully Click AIed mine as something like Omni of flipper.
But the rest i'll have to agree with, yeah, probably just one fight win :)
Im confident about some bots, like Fang Brothers, but it i come up against a pop-up or a HS, then i fear i may get slaughtered.
Damn I should probably put something fancy in this bit huh?

Redline: Vowel is a HS/SNS hybrid. I'd be more scared of that IMO.

Huh. It looked like a rammer. Unless Vowel is the HS and Click didn't do it as Consultant (possible name recalling fail) at the top, Vowel at the bottom.

Oh well. Like I footered the report, "Here ends the report from the unwise"

Top ten IMO:
Absolute Chaos
Heaven's Sawmill
Bounty Hunter
Bumble Bee
Cocytus IV
Blood Shed
Spearhead
Vela
Vetearn destroyer
PitA 8

Magnum: It looks scary but I doubt it'll go far.

AC: One of the best in this tournament IMO. Could be beaten by one of these popups, though.

Acupuncture: A decent rammer, it'll get a few nice matches.

AntiC V.Pincer: Unless those Weapons are attached to two burst motors creating a clamp effect, it'll fail. (am I correct?)

Big Flip's revenge: I'd like to fight them. Will do well against the hordes of SFTW's, until it gets to the good bots.

Black Cat: Decent VS, but it'll lose against some of the other bots.

Blood Shed: Another nice rammer, It'll do great against most of the competitors.

Bounty Hunter: He's in my top five. Possible Rumble participant.

Bumble Bee: The only Anti Popup here IMO. This'll prove to be a nice one to watch.

Cardiac arrest: Inf has worries about this bot. I have worries about which member of the audience it'll hit when it faces a wedged popup.

Cheronobyl: This bot will either be a disaster, or cause the opposition to "Meltdown".

Cocytus IV: NWB update, This bot smells fear, and feeds off it.

Consonant/Vowel: My bots. I expect Consonant to die first, but Vowel is the main problem.

Copyright Infringement: Nasty HS, I like the way it looks. It'll not get too far, but it'll look decent.

Crawl through knives: I'd rather not. I like this bot, it has nice amounts of defence.

Dark July: Cardiac Arrest with Grannies and a possibly weaker drive.

Death Dealer: Not a good HS. I expect it to lose after the first match.

DGSG/IDRODI: Best multibot IMO. I'd like to battle these bots in the brackets.

Metal Boi: Robloxstar from Youtube's bot? This'll be fun to watch.

Gears your lever: Main Menu's Main mistake: It's not invertible.

Generic Rammer: Another Rammer. These are getting annoying. It'll go as far as most others though.

grinnin face: My pal's bot. onr minute after me showing him stuff. Cola was a bad Idea...

Gut ripper 2: Stacking weapons fail. Other than that it'll get past the first round nicely.

Heven's Sawmill: Gulp. I See this as one of the two bots that pose the greatest threat to Bumble Bee.

Hellbringer: It'll do nicely against HS, but popups, IDK.

Insult to Injury: *STFW pic*

juggernaut: A rammer that takes advantage of the Rammer AI problems, and that skin is awesome. (Still a loser)

Mace in da face: Venko's BBEANS entry will show that he's not just a pushover. Go venk.

Mjorhmei: Does he know something we don't know, or is he intent on losing? Possible OOTA maker.

No hype 5: A popup/flipper hybrid. Nice.

OO: Weakest of almost all other HS. Not going to get far at all.

PitA 8: Naryar has proven himself as a tourney champion, I'm putting a bounty on this bot's head. But that isn't the only news...

R4: I like how those blades are used. Possible Dark Horse?

Red Radar: Odd. Definate failure. Other than that it looks funny

Dr. Wham: A rammer or a popup... ...who knows. Possible dark horse.

SandStorm: More like a tank than a bot. I expect very little from this bot.

Seism 13: One of the best skins. I hope this AI is good...

Shock Therapy: I honestly was hoping those Snowplouhs were on spinners as well. Sigh.

Spearhead: HS and rammers, beware.

Stratocaster: ANOTHER nice skin. I see some quick wins.

SurgicalStrike: R4 but more weapons. I think it'll go like Vexxed.

Terminator: Starcore puts his remakes into tournaments to show how good they are. Expect this bot to do well.

Baby warrior: Total failure.

Black plauge: I see some extenders falling off...

Emancipator: OOTA ALERT!

Fang Brothers: Could get under the weapons of some bots, but this WILL fail.

Three Kings: Preety... but I feel sorry for it.

Trojan Horse: Are those weapons already fired? Hmm...

Tsunami: Best bot here.

Shadow Tyrant: 4 Emergancy wedges, 4 Ramplates... Made for the HS here.

Vela: Nice bot for a rookie. I see some nice wins.

Vetearn Destroyer: When I submitted my bot, click asked if I want the name spelt correctly. I guess he wanted it this way. Could do well, being one of the only two hammers here.
Put this onto your signature if you were part of this crappy fad in '03.

Just to clear things up, Vetearn is not a spelling error. If it does well in BBEANS, it can earn the rank of veteran, but until then, it is Vetearn.

@Wham: 2WD HPZ drive on a HW popup = do not want !

@S32: Vela in the top 10 ? Mace in da face is much better than Vela.

Quote from: R0B0SH4RK;34004
PitA 8 - It's chassis wedge looks pitiful, and it looks to have few razors. Still well-built.

I have 8 razors and yes the chassis wedge sucks, but it's a caster armored popup.

Also our bots are together in the splash <3
