The tournament is concluded, and all that's left before prizes are distributed is to vote on bonus awards.

Each award comes with your pick of one prize component (except the Champion's Sword).  You can vote any bot for any award, except you can only nominate rookies for Best Rookie, and you can't vote for yourself.  However, you can vote for the Champion if you choose.  In previous BBEANS, I have excluded the Champion from bonus awards, but I figure there's really not any good reason for that, so we'll try leaving the Champion open for extra awards this time.

HERE IS THE SPLASH OF THE BOTS in case you need to review your options.

Most of the awards you should all be familiar with, but there is one slight change: I have split Coolest Bot into two categories, Most Original and Most Artistic.  In the past, Coolest Bot has always been rather ambiguous, with some people voting based on cool designs while others pick the bot with the flashiest skin, and the two approaches to this award are different enough that I thought it would make sense to just do two awards.

So the awards you can vote on are:

Best Rookie - Can only be given to people competing in BBEANS for the first time.  These people are conveniently labeled "ROOKIE" on the bot splash linked above.  Just vote for whoever you thought performed the best.  This doesn't have to be based entirely on win-loss records, although having a good one certainly helps.

Coolest Bot (Original) - No one likes a tournament full of cookie-cutter HS's and popups.  Vote for the bot that you thought most stood out from the crowd with a particularly original design, or maybe just some older design, but never before seen in a tournament.

Coolest Bot (Artistic) - There's just something about a bot with a high-quality, unique skin that makes it more fun to watch.  Vote for the bot that just plain looks the coolest, perhaps because of a great skin, though this is not the only possible criterion for this award.

Most Fearsome Opponent - If you could pick what bot you wanted to face in the first round, which one would be at the bottom of your list?  Vote for the deadliest, most powerful, all-around intimidating bot.

BTRSHDBBDDTBL - A consolation prize of sorts.  Vote for the bot you predicted would go far in the tourney, perhaps you even thought it had a chance at the championship, but it ended up losing early because of bad matchups or bad luck during battle.

Best Rookie - Insult to Injury V.  Sure, there are other "rookies" who did better, but Alterer of Reality is not just new to BBEANS, he was new to RA2, and did better than most veterans.

Coolest Bot (Original) - 45-70 Magnum.  Yeah, it's basically just a rather slow face spinner, but the big N12 wheels and the razor-studded trapping arms give it that extra edge in my opinion.

Coolest Bot (Artistic) - R4.  It was either R4 or Big Flip's Revenge for me, but in the end those nifty blades on top of R4 were the deciding factor.

Most Fearsome Opponent - Bumble Bee.  The amount of backlash Sage received for entering this bot should be a good indicator of how feared it was.  Nobody wants to fight a bot that can only be flipped out of the arena, never KO'd.

BTRSHDBBDDTBL - Bounty Hunter.  Yeah, it got one win, which was more than some other deserving bots got, but it had the potential to go much further if it didn't run into BFR.

Best Rookie - Cardiac Arrest- looks cool.

Coolest Bot (Original) - Urjak's team. love the look of the popup's lawn mower blades.

Coolest Bot (Artistic) - Heaven's Sawmill.  Love that bot.

Most Fearsome Opponent - Crawl Through knives- this is just for me. Neglected waterbug pushed Bumble bee out of the arena almost everytime, and CTK is no different.

BTRSHDBBDDTBL - Bounty Hunter. Yeah, it got one win, which was more than some other deserving bots got, but it had the potential to go much further if it didn't run into BFR.

Best Rookie - Cardiac Arrest. That is no common rammer. Sucks that it had a bad run (not as bad as Pys', though).

Coolest Bot (Original) - Heaven's Sawmill. And it's almost realistic. :O

Coolest Bot (Artistic) - Spearhead. I dunno. I just like how it looks. XD

Most Fearsome Opponent - Seism 13. 'Nuff said.

BTRSHDBBDDTBL - Bounty Hunter. It had it all - Fast drive, near impenetrable armor, and excellent wedges. That was one of the worst runs I've ever seen.

Best Rookie - SurgicalStrike (R1885)
- Took out Starcore in round 1, SSG in round 2, ACAMS in round 3, then 40757, Pwnator, and Trovaner in the losers bracket. That might be the toughest draw of anybody in the tourney, and he still made it to the losers bracket semi-finals.

Coolest Bot (Original) - Heaven's Sawmill (Clickbeetle)
- Looking at the bot still leaves me speechless.

Coolest Bot (Artistic) - Stratocaster (Kill343gs)
- Epic skinning job. Like SC's Lethat Force, but cooler.

Most Fearsome Opponent - Bumble Bee (Sage)
- If this was in the Combat Zone, Sage would've been the champ, not FB. The arena killed him.

BTSHDBBDDTBL - Mace in da Face (Venko)
- This probably won't be a popular choice, but there's something to be said for entering a 36HS and losing to a bulky VS with 8 spike clubs for weapons. (It is kinda ironic though, considering that Venko was the one leading the charge against 36HS in BBEANS 5...).

Coolest Bot (Original) - Sandstorm - close call with click but I really like the look of Ianh05's bot
Coolest Bot (Artistic) - 45-70 Magnum - just love the look of this robot ACAMS
Most Fearsome Opponent - Bumble Bee - like many said before, the arena was unkind to this killer
BTRSHDBBDDTBL - Bounty Hunter - one powerful looking robot that got unlucky

Best Rookie: Insult to Injury V. If there was a entertainment award, I'd choose it for that instead. But this bot could be the character of a Hollywood Underdog story. It actually looks like a rookie bot, too.
Coolest Bot (Original): Heaven's Sawmill. That snowplow setup is all I need to mention.
Coolest Bot (Artistic): R4. Honorable mention to Seism 13 here.
Most fearsome: Absolute Chaos. A generic answer I know (but apparently still unique at this point) but the renowned HS was something I really didn't want to meet.. but did. Twice.
BTRSHDBBDDTBL: Bounty Hunter. If I don't get an award and Bounty Hunter scores here, atleast I can know that I was a reason behind this. But still. Bad run.

Coolest Bot (Original) - Heaven's Sawmill - If it wasnt for a few lucky turns, this bot would have beat me hands down.

Best Rookie - Insult to Injury V. For a noob bot, it went much farther than any one guessed. It beat Mace in da face AND PitA. Gets my vote.

Coolest Bot (Original) - 45-70 Magnum. Whats not to like? It looks cool, and is one of the first spinner-killers.

Coolest Bot (Artistic) - R4. I think R0B0 is the best skinner here, no questions asked.

Most Fearsome Opponent - A.C. Inf knows how to make scary bots. A.C. is one of them.

BTRSHDBBDDTBL - Bounty Hunter. Every one expected it to go far. It got a win, then was taken out by Scrap and Red.

Most Fearsome: The bot to me that is  most fearsome as alot of 1 thing for ex: Internal Deadlock 3 (6 E Tech Drive!). 36 maces will win me over in an instant so, Absolute Chaos gets my vote.
Best Rookie: R1885, Oggie, AND Reier built fantastic bots. But since R1885 went really far into the competition, I vote for R1885.

Best Rookie - ItI V
For a Noob bot ItI V Made a lasting impression. Tenth Highest ranked bot in BBEANS5 with a score of 0.667, meaning that he will be the highest ranked bot considered to be a SFTW that wasn't in BBEANS 1. And as an extra kick in the pants of his victims, this thing single handedly kicked the ballast wedge craze into high gear.

Coolest Bot (original) - Bumble Bee
As much as people hate it, sage's bumble Bee just changed RA2. My forecast is more Armoured VS and Popups and less HS.

Coolest Bot (artistic) - Heaven's Sawmill
This bot looked awesome, and also fought awesome. Too bad the wedges were poor.

Most Fearsome Opponent - AC
Inf's Undefeated creation had a fearsome reputation.  Most people who faced this beast were scared, and rightly so.

BTRSHDBBDDTBL - Cardiac Arrest
One of the worst draws to date. Two VS, two losses. Worse than Bounty hunter, at least it Beat ItI!

Got far and faced several tough opponents.

Coolest Bot (Original) - 45-70 Magnum (ACAMS)
It didn't seem quite as strong as some of the other competition but it was made to counter other bot types while still being able to hold its own against the others.

Coolest Bot (Artistic) - Stratocaster (Kill343gs)
The skin looks great and effectively combines a classic and modern look.

Most Fearsome Opponent - Absolute Chaos (infiniteinertia)
From the start, I knew my bot stood no chance against a 36 HS but the others didn't seem quite as effective (usually because the wheels were too far out) and this one had the biggest reputation.

BTSHDBBDDTBL - Mace in da Face (Venko)
36 HS vs an opponent that could have easily came out of the stock AI... The results weren't as unbelievable as ItI's previous fight (because we knew that it could do unexpected things for this fight) but with an exposed chassis and an opponent with 36 weapons spinning around, realistically the outcome should have been obvious...

Best Rookie - Insult to Injury: Maybe it wasn't the best designed rookie bot, but it certainly went the farthest. Surprises galore. Gave us a reason to use ballasts.

Coolest Bot (Original) - Heaven's Sawmill: A seriously cool looking bot, I just wish the wedges worked better.

Coolest Bot (Artistic) - R4, i love the swords.

Most Fearsome Opponent - Bumblebee: The biggest uproar over a tournament I have seen since Inf and I lost in the Tag Team Championship, the arena was its only downfall.

BTRSHDBBDDTBL - Bounty Hunter: No, I'm not voting for Strat here. I'm just unhappy I didn't get a single kill. While my draws were bad, Bounty Hunter was more likely to win the tournament.
