stock is kinda on life support in the tournament section... not very much there. I think the complexity of sub weight class designs turns many people off from starting them.

while skill is present in DSL you can make effective robots quickly you dont need to devote loads of time towards well thought out designs off one snapper

It may seem that way. But, in all reality, out of the top 5 posters on the forum... two of them seem to like to pick on you a bit. They don't speak for the rest of us though.

I just dont really feel it much anymore.. like not many people have a show of respect for me or my efforts (when I say respect I dont mean as in so great, high rating on my wiki page, etc.. just a general level) I get a lot insults, rude comments, complaining, short responses and other assorted things)

Joe, just because some pople aren't appreciative of you work, are a bit picky or are 'doing a thyrus' doesn't mean the rest of us don't appreciate you and your AMAZING work. You have gone from a newbie entering BBEANS 5 with an inefficient robot to one of the most respected (Or at least in my mind), kind, helpful and knoweledgeable members of the forum.

Ohhhhhh I get it now. System32 was making a funny.

He's taking Joe hostage so that people will vote for Stock instead of DSL. Because we all love Joe. In all actuality it is a compliment because Joe is valuable to us.

If we dont vote for Stock like Sys32 wants us to. He will kill Joe and, thus, we will not have him around to do awesome tournaments/mods and such.

Silly misunderstanding. I thought Sys32 was pegging the success of DSL on Joe and he just wanted him dead because of that.

So, yeah, since I want you all to vote for Stock too... I am helping in taking Joe hostage. If you all don't vote stock I am hiring Serge (mafia style) to hack GTM and perma ban Joe. Then he wont be around to moderate and the whole place will go down the tubes. Sys32 will then kill him. :P
